Coles reviews
30Stocked well but barely any staff. The biddy that was there asked if i was using cash or card and i said cash and she was very rude to me because she didn't want to clean the filthy self service checkout screen and conveyer thinghy you put shopping on. You're standing there doing absolutely nothing so.work for your pay you rude lazy biddy and that's putting it nicely. Wouldn't go back there to shop ever again. Of course you deserve the thumbs down.
A very large modern store huge range of goods neat tidy great staff ground floor plenty of parking wheelchair access
Standing in checkout queue for 15 minutes behind only one other.
Could it be they are serving us slower to encourage/ force us to use the stupid self serve checkouts.
Rather go elsewhere. Unless you plan to train and pay me to work there.
Excellent Customer Service. A Colossal Selection of Products, Groceries, MASSIVE variety and range. Practically everything you need.
Well, it is the biggest and most famous Coles in South Australia. It has everything that you expect and need from a Coles supermarket. Staff are friendly and they do their best to help you find the product that you need.
Huge selection of popular and /or great products. Lacking checkout service quantity and carpooling.
It's a gift that keeps on giving with a smile and a beep from the robo-checkout.ta Coles
Coles at Churchill Centre is a large supermarket that offers a wide range of groceries and household essentials. Compared to other Coles stores, this one provides an extensive selection of products. However, during my recent visits, I noticed that some of the shelves in the frozen section were empty. I believe this may be due to the store's excellent location, which makes it constantly busy and in high demand. Despite this occasional issue, the overall shopping experience at Coles Churchill Centre is positive. The store is well-organized, making it easy to navigate and find what you need. The staff members are friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant shopping trip. The variety of products available caters to different preferences and dietary needs. Additionally, the convenient location of the store within Churchill Centre and the availability of ample parking spaces make it a convenient choice for shopping.
Most supermarket lines are here but, Coles are progressively dropping more quality lines for their own brand. Some are OK but, some are not worth the lower price.
I used to enjoy Coles. I buy their Plunger Coffee Dark Strong Roasted Ground Coffee, for $12.00 for 1kg. A very good price. This coffee is Rich and creamy (!)
I review Coles with 1 Star now. Why? You may have koi heard, they are being held to Account, culminating in Business Dealings that are totally lacking in Integrity, Accountability, owing the Staff (most Coles’.), Unpaid Rightfully earned Wages, which Coles’ Owners have < pocketed > for their own Profits. The Coles Owners, have regularly dismissed Staff’s Real concerns, about their Rostered ON hours.
So much so that the Store Managers who were under the impressions,: they had a Secure Career with opportunity for Advancement, do not have that, as they have literally been breaking their backs, trying to get ALL their Work done WITHIN the Time Frames Coles’ have demanded.
A number of Store Managers have stayed behind, unpaid, to complete the days Work on Time.
Due to this unfair, and Exploitative, tactic on Cole’s conscience, some have needed to depart, and abandon their dreams of further Promotions with the, increased financial rewards!
So Whilst the Police Commissioner tells All Aussies to “ Do the right thing “…. In signing and Scanning IN, with QR, Coles themselves, are with holding, STAFF’s Rightful Earnings and Work Safety, doing very blatantly,
The Wrong Thing…. (!).
I will only go there for my favourite Coffee.
And boycott Coles completely for all else, until They Honour their Staff who work very hard, dealing with the Public (!)
Typical Coles. Variety of food at a variety of prices. Ever helpful staff and fantastic service!
Great and friendly service. Staff are very compassionate and always willing to help. Love the new trolley self serve checkouts! A+, 10/10
Love this store. Has a large range of items stocked. Staff are lovely and helpful when needed.
However I find although they are open really early mornings, the bakery items are never ready until later in mid morning.
I found that there was not enough staff around to ask question.
Some stock was not available again.
I think I'm speaking for all short stature people in asking why do they put some popular stock on the top shelf when they know darn well we can't reach them. And there are no staff around to ask for help.
Honest, professional, friendly. Thank you to the person who handed in my wallet when I unknowingly lost it! Thank you to the staff member who helped me when I realized I had lost it!
I've been here a few times and despite there being queues at each check out the self serve section is barely open in the morning. Which isn't great for someone like myself with social anxieties. I'm forced to go through a normal checkout if I want my groceries.
The boy, I think his name was Charlie? Was really helpful with helping me find what I needed and was super friendly. Made my shopping experience so much better
This is definitely one of the better Coles, the Coles brothers would be impressed. Lest we forget
Good range of the usual and not so usual veggies and other products, have seen the store develop over the last year or so, looking promising
Coles has everything I need, other stores change where things are, the rearranging is annoying, Coles is my one stop, due to having liver transplant I'm immune suppressed, masks and hand sanitiser gel important, couldn't find any last visit, but l did find some, may use delivery when have enough in my visa. Love your staff Always make me feel better, fibromyalgia has been so much worse this winter, Coles is my only outing especially during shut down
