We hired CoachStar through a 3rd Party for a 10 Day Bowling tournament from Victoria to Adelaide with transfers to and from the bowling centre,
Thankyou Darren and crew for an Amazing Job and hospitality (even accomodating the late night finishes)

We will not hesitate to use CoachStar again for future transport. Fantastic Service.

We recently chartered a small coach for a group tour from Adelaide Outer Harbour as we were on a cruise together. The trips from the cruise are very expensive and we made the arrangements to visit towns, wineries and other places. Darren was able to give us a very competitive price and was happy to make suggestions about our intended schedule.
The coach was excellent. It was comfortable, clean and in top condition. Darren was our driver and we could not have asked for more! He was knowledgeable about the route and each of the stops. He was a very professional driver and very friendly and helpful.
This was the highlight of our cruise and we all saved a lot of money travelling with Coachstar rather than the huge coaches organised by the ship that go to very few places and cost 5 or 6 times more per person. We were dropped off right on time!

Fantastic service, would definitely recommend if your looking for a bus tour company in Adelaide. Booked this company for a McLaren vale tour on the 12/3, and was happy with the service. Had so much fun, and so did all my friends.
Darren was so easy and friendly to communicate with, our bus driver Dean was super friendly and nice too. Costs are cheap and reasonable too compared to other companies.
Would definitely recommend and use their service again in the future!

I work for a non-profit community organisation, we had used Coach star three times prior to my experiences for our school holiday programs.

I am absolutely appalled at the behaviour of this company, in particular Darren Minwitz, the manager after this morning.

I was given a ring yesterday informing me that my payment had not cleared into there account for today's transfer and I needed to send a photo of the transfer statement. I apologised for the delay, I was unsure as to why it had not cleared yet as we had them saved as a payee. I did this promptly at 4.03pm on the 21st of April from my contact email. I did not receive a response until 6am this morning, informing me the transfer had been cancelled for today due to no payment being made.

I called Darren and informed him I had sent the email he had asked. And that I had my company card ready and I could make a payment immediately. He informed me they did not take card payments (which they offer that as an option on the invoice I was sent) and there was nothing he could do.

I pleaded that I had 11 kids coming to be picked up to be taken to the city today and I needed the transfer. I searched of solution and had money there ready to send. Instead I was hung up on. I called again and he informed me that I never sent an email and I needed to send it again. I informed him, I had and told him the exact time and subject of the email. Once again offering payment over the phone or another transfer. He then told me I needed to seek another company for the tranfer, and hung up once again.

The entire conversation from his demeaner was accusatory and aggressive. I can't believe a professional would speak the way I heard this morning. He was not willing to come to an understanding and was committed to accusing me of trying to mess him around with payment, although, clearly it was a misunderstanding. We had paid all other transfers prior and I was more then willing to pay our invoice, which I did.

I then received a text at 8am from Darren informing me I could send a bank card, front and back to continue the transfer (after only informing me 2 hours before nothing could be done AND they do not accept card transactions?)
Two hours later, I had already spent my morning frantically calling bus companies to help me out. We work with community money only, a complete waste of resources. Do not go with this guy, he is a bully and unprofessional

I have used this company three times and have been very satisfied with every experience! I had Driver Darren and he was amazing with allowing myself to transform the bus into a Venga Party bus and extremely patient and understanding of the needs for each experience as one included children. The bus has always been in perfect condition and I would highly recommend to anyone wanting an organised, fun and relaxed company and or driver. Thank you very much Coachstar Australia!

Had this delightful gentleman Darren, take us through the Barossa for a wine tour. Absolute gentleman, very knowledgable and friendly. Went out of his way to accomodate us in our needs. Highly recommend and will be hiring him again this year for another tour.keep up the good work Darren, two thumbs up.

We hired Coachstar and Darren for our daughter’s wedding. He helped make our day perfect. We had some elderly family members whom he ensured were carefully helped on board. He had every persons wellbeing in mind.
Darren showed great flexibility in the many and varied pickup points and very many different time schedules. On time, professional, friendly and polite. Darren’s cheery smile made everyone feel happy. The extra little features of turning the bus a little bit bridal all added to the fun. Thanks heaps Darren for all the extras you did for us. Especially when they were last minute adjustments. You were the best!
