I have been going to this Sleep centre for more than a year and the staff here are friendly and helpful. My therapist Choy has been very helpful in managing my condition. He has provided useful advice to me and always looking after his clients interest. I got a trial CPAP machine here before I purchased one. Choy has also offered multiple alternatives when my hayfever affected my CPAP usage and always offered discounts for the items purchased from this centre.

I am even impressed tonight when I contacted Choy to update my DreamMapper app with my replacement CPAP machine via email and he did it right away. Amazing service.

I had a warranty issue with my Philips CPap machine in the middle of their recall.
It should have been up to Philips to respond but they were of no help at all.
CLM helped me to secure a Lowenstein machine - it is exceptional as was the CLM service. Reem is a gem.

I felt very well supported and the team at CLM was very interested in helping me correct my sleep apnoea (as opposed to just wanting to sell you a CPAP machine) and I was provided with very well informed options as well as coaching on lifestyle interventions for longterm success. This is certainly a centre for anyone in Adelaide who is after a comprehensive sleep and wellness health care.

From my hospital bed at the Calvary I want to advise others that CLM request a $50 fee to have the Sleep Test Equipment returned to them. The average courier price is $10-15 and ZOOM2YOU can do a 3 hour delivery for $18 (Pick up from your Hospital Ward easy online booking system). How can CLM SLEEP justify a $50 charge? After all they charge you $50 when they send the unit and a technician to wire you up. I am sure no such 'expertice' is required when they pick it up. In my opinion it looks like a blatant 'Rip Off'. NOT IMPRESSED!

On entering this practice I was immediately struck by the warm and welcoming atmosphere provided by the staff [Mun Nhye Choy, (Choy for short), Reem, Donna, Ryan and Naznene]. It resembled an extremely caring family practice.

I initially attended this clinic as I urgently required a part for my CPAP mask. Despite the fact that it was a busy Saturday morning and I arrived without an appointment, the Secretary Donna chatted to me in a friendly way as I explained my concerns and a few seconds later Choy arrived and went out of his way to resolve my problem. Nothing was too much.

During my visits to this practice I have had the opportunity to interact with staff and have always found them to be courteous and respectful. In particular, I have seen how Choy consistently shows qualities of a true leader, keeping his finger on the pulse and fully supporting his staff and clients by giving clear explanations in a warm and friendly manner. His knowledge and expertise is reassuring.

I also had a mask fitting appointment with Reem Hasaneen. She was highly professional and sensitive and followed up to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my CPAP experience at this clinic. Again, nothing was too much and she did whatever she could to completely resolve any difficulties I was experiencing.

As a doctor, I would wholeheartedly recommend this practice to my loved ones and any others who suffer from the many challenges of dealing with sleep apnea.
