I received the worst balayage hair colour from ever by a professional hairdresser was very rude, I’ll Never again.i’ve been before there but never had any bad experiences but last time was tragic

I did permanent straightening and 2 students had to work on my long hair, Mikelia’s technique is precise and gentle Michel did amazing too, I am very happy with the result. The whole process was very long but they made it really smooth, well done to both of them.

Love getting my hair done here but their front desk is always "unattended" as the automated message thing says when you call them. I called yesterday and the same thing as well.and just now, have called 3 minutes after you open and still the same automated message of the front desk is unattended.kinda sad really.

I had friends go here for certain hair styles that they didn't receive.

I received an amazing service from a lady called Abby. She was very professional in her work and I left very satisfied with my hair colour and cut. Amazing service and great staff, couldn't have been a better service that was great value for money.

This place is fantastic if you are looking for some self care and money is tight. All students are supervised and are well skilled. Working with real hair is different folks, so help a fellow human with getting the most out of trade school. Fantastic service, lovely staff and quality outcomes. Try it.

Great hairdressers. Great price. Super friendly staff. You may be there a bit longer than your average hair dresser but it’s worth it for the price $20, and friendly atmosphere

Fantastic base of the latest looks. Immediately attended to and welcomed by all staff. The lecturer was amazing, friendly and never missed a beat.

I appreciate that this is a learning environment but I was disappointed in my experience.

I called to make my appointment, they kept me on hold on 5 minutes. I had to hang up but re rang, it was a bit unusual.

Then when I came to my appointment I waited for 15 minutes until I was shown to my chair. No apology. Then I saw my stylist talking and chatting to other staff. It's now 25 minitues later so I decided to leave.

I was pretty unimpressed.
