Initially I was impressed by my initial peels, but now I just feel like I wasted a lot of my money. I was told a certain treatment would be good for my skin by one of the girls, so I bought several of them. At the next appointment, the same person told me this treatment wasn’t suitable for my skin and that I should have bought a different treatment! Disappointed that I received conflicting advice and I won’t be back.

Everything about Bianca at Clearskin Westlakes was amazing. I felt comfortable, was put at ease 100%. Bianca listened to what I felt I needed and used her expertise to tailor to my needs. I can't wait for my next treatment and im confident I'll get the results I need over the coming weeks.

I had a skin appointment booked at 2.55pm. Arrived at 2.50pm, doors pulled shut, no sign on door, no answer to multiple phone calls. Waited out the front until 3.20pm and left when still no sign of anyone around. Would have been my first visit to the clinic, and had already pre- booked a future appointment which I have now cancelled. Poor service.

After attending here for mask acne and seeing no improvements in my skin with the other girls. I finally had an appointment with Jess which she took the time to work out a skin program that fit in my budget and gave me visible results. Can’t thank her enough for creating such a welcoming environment and my now clear skin results!

Just again this week, I had amazing service From Jessica. She is so caring and gentle. She explains the process and after care. A credit to the company. I sincerely hope she receives feedback about her service.

I had acne treatment. It was good but can’t get satisfactory result which I was expecting.

I am extremely impressed with the services provided by this company! My mother is a Vietnamese immigrant, so she has been exposed to a wide range of harsh weather, mostly sun on her face. This has resulted in her older skin having a lot of sun spots, red spider veins, and sensitive skin, but after undergoing treatment for the laser red vein removal procedure and doing regular peels along with a new skin routine, the stark differences between when she first started doing the treatments and now are incredible. My mother's confidence in her skin, as well as in herself, has been noticeable.
We initially avoided any kind of procedure because my mother does not speak English and is embarrassed about it, especially after being treated as if she is not "human" at previous skin clinics (which will not be named) for not understanding English or looking after her skin. This made my mother feel humiliated, discouraged, judged and uncomfortable. However, after convincing my mother to accompany me to a 'Clear Skin Care Clinic' appointment, she appeared smiling and incredibly happy with how she was treated and the skin results.
I'd like to recommend Jessica for your treatments and express my heartfelt gratitude to her! She is the sweetest person; she is patient, understanding, and caring, and she thoroughly explains everything without putting you under pressure like other clinics do. She goes above and beyond any customer service experience we've ever had. I used to have to accompany my mother to every appointment to translate, but she now goes by herself because she feels comfortable doing so. Thank you to the team who not only provides great skin results but also takes the time and effort to make their customers feel human and confident regardless of who they are.

Always love my hydra facials with Teagan! She has helped me refine my skincare routine to not only to fit my skin type but my busy schedule! Highly recommend!

The customer service is excellent, very friendly and professional. Reagan was very thorough in explaining the process for the treatment I am having without pushing products or sales. The products are professional and reasonably priced and I look forward to experiencing positive results!

Very impressed with my experience at Clear Skincare with Nurse Noleen. She explained everything clearly and comprehensively, and she did a great job with the treatment. The clinic itself is of course clean and the staff was friendly, plus the location is very convenient. I have been to many skin care clinics in my time, and I will definitely be coming back to this one.

Westlakes - ClearSkin

I don’t even have to think twice about this one.
I have never felt more comfortable or committed to going to the same clinic for all of my treatments. The girls at West-lakes are kind, authentic/genuine and created an environment for me where I feel extremely comfortable and secure. I am fully committed to their location and if I’m not able to get to the Westlakes location, I’ll wait until I can before going anywhere else.
The girls are Great. Helpful. Honest. Friendly.
