Clean Getaway Car Wash

Very rude owner/manager.
I was told that I am using brush incorrectly and too long. (Didn't see any car waiting behind me)
Then she adden that I am paying only a dollar for each wash operation and can not expect my car to look perfect.
I do not understand what has happened to a good, old customer service. It doesn't matter how much I pay. I bring you my hard earned money after all. Shame on you.

Tapped the card just to finish the car off and clear their stop feature on their eftpos doesn’t work before they charged me the full $15 even though I only used $5

Only real way to get a car cleaned: you know your car so why not do it at your leisure, one coin at a time, paying attention to detail while the clock is stopped.
Only gripe: more outlets needed!

Car wash and dog wash facilities are fine, but this morning I used the dog wash and pre-authorised $10 by card machine, the staff member was there and told me to press stop on the card machine so it didn't go over $10 which I dutifully did, get home to see $15.50 has been charged from my card anyway. Please fix this issue as it's clear your card machines are over charging people.

Dont go here! Still had to clean my car of cobwebs and dirt when i got home. And my car was reasonably clean. The spot finish didnt work and neither did the driers at the end. For $14 for a basic wash … do it yourself.

Charged $15.50 after pressing stop, even though the machine said only $5. Plenty of other car washes nearby that won't steal your money, won't be returning to this one.

Could have, should have washed the car at home. Fair to say it was a waste of $17. Did not even take loose sand off the steps.

Charged $15.50 instead of $5.50 like advertised for self service when using credit card. Avoid.

I’ve been coming here for years using both the touch free and standard
DIY booths.
Never had a problem until they added the ceramic coating option in the auto wash. I didn’t even want to use it as my car is ceramic coated and has partial PPF but the button didn’t work for the premium wash and I had no choice but to use the ceramic coat option. As I said, never had a problem before but this time it damaged the decals on the side of my car and basically ripped them off to the point I’ll have to pay about $300 to replace

Disgusting got conned $15.50 for manual self cleaning of car for only 5min using credit card. Couldn’t even cancel like advised on the machine. We like others tried calling the service number and it’s disconnected!

Used to be best Now the worst. Paid $18 and did not get wheel scub or under body
Didn't get second pass of pre soak didn't do back of car after last spray suds left all over car. Don't waste your Money

Fuss free place to wash our cars at. Has both the auto touchless and self service car wash with sufficient washing bays to accommodate multiple people at once. Has extra bays for drying cars at and vacuuming interior, and also a vending machine for car scents and misc.car related stuff.

Every thing you need to clean & detail your vehicle. Pitty it's a $1 for 30 seconds and the first 10 second it's the high pressure foam that comes out. Doesn't matter witch cycle you pick first, like the high pressure rinse. It's still a good carwash through. It also has tire shine, armourall & detail towels

Expensive you only get 3 mins for 2.00 and you loose half your money waiting for soap to come out

Really good self washing station.
The equipments are much better and well maintained, the water quality is better too doesn’t leave scales after wash.

Good car wash. Feedback to owner please consider putting blow dries in your car bays would be so convenient.
I live around the corner but I travel to other car wash for the blow dry in bay.

For $4-5, I can get an overall good car wash when I'm in a hurry. Organised and clean premises, especially the foam brush! Try to go outside of peak times, though!

Well the 1st wash bay went in2 didn't work so lost $2 dollars there & moved 2 the next one & that did the job. Could have put an out of order sign on the wash bay that didn't work.

Owners are a bit rude towards customers and not overly helpful or available to help when attempting to use their services.

All equipment was working, plenty of spots to vacuum and wash, even the car freshener was working. It was clean and tidy and everything you needed was there including a change machine.
