4The staff really try hard to assist and my mother has settled in very well.prior to moving to the home mum was in an independent living unit which worked fine as long as her children put a big effort in to make it work.it just got too much.
I have found the staff to be so friendly and try hard to make Aunty comfortable and meet all her needs. Would highly recommend CCH Prospect.
Looked at several homes for my Dad. CCH Prospect admission officer and manager were open, friendly, and took the time to answer all my questions. They also offered to do a virtual tour for Dad so he could have a voice in the decision making process. We both feel that we made the right decision to choose CCH.
The care staff are lovely

But try to get through the reception!
Misfiled personal paperwork
Sour expressions
No attention to my name
Break conversation to answer the phone.
No instructions on how to get out of this secure doors.
Maybe i got them both on a bad day.
