We had our pool pump break after only a month. The staff sorted out the warranty and had our new pump within 4 days over the Xmas period.
Always great service at this store.

Upon visiting this store I was promptly attented to by a fantastic young man named Oliver as per usual I was not given a list of unnecessary chemicals to treat my pool This fellow is an asset to the business and is hopefully appreciated by the boss All the best for Xmas and New year you Champion

The young sales rep was very helpful and really knew the products, even offered to fold them up and took some money off as 2 were purchase.
Will add some more when I know if the mattresses are comphy stay tuned

A Five Star review for a Five Star business
I've been there many times over the last 2 years and have found the staff friendly and knowledgeable. Mostly, I've been there for little items but once I needed some mats to put under my motorbike that sits on my pavers. I'd decided on a certain type of 'join together' matting but was talked out of them by a young sales bloke.
I don't know his name but he saved me some $$$ and the mats he recommended are still doing the job 18 months down the track. Job well done

All the staff are friendly and are willing to help. They have an excellent knowledge of their products. Item I needed was not in stock. They ordered and I picked up all within a week. Mel gave us a call to say mattress had arrived. I would recommend this store and will definitely shop there again. Well done to all the staff.

Went there for clear plastic sheets. Find them in stock and cheaper then Bunnings. They had a lot of foam material and hard core flooring and pool supplies, fake grass, cushioning and tubing. I do wish they had more food grade rubber and plastics. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Getting offcuts helped save money.

Competent product knowledge/warm service assisting me with a camper conversion. Well stocked as opposed to other local Clark Rubbers.

Clare isn’t very helpful. “We don’t cut pool noodles only foam”. Pool noodles are foam.and I bought them from you so wanted them cut.be more positive Clare no one enjoys a negative Nancy
