The manager and staff were fantastic to deal with. Very friendly and efficient. Huge pool tool range. Plenty of free off-street parking. We purchased everything we needed and the manager even helped us load them into the car.

Great product range but I struck a young female staff member on Saturday 27/6/20 who wasn't wearing a name tag and was so unhelpful that I'll never set foot in there again. I was told by James over the phone they had what I wanted before heading in there, get there, get her, and all I got was no we don't have that we can't do that just didn't want to help, because what I wanted WAS there! Amazing how one person can make a simple thing so incredibly hard. RIDICULOUS
The rudest and most unhelpful staff member I have even had the misfortune to meet. Do yourself a favour and go to another store
I called ahead to ensure the item was in stock and a lovely lady held the item until I arrived. This lovely lady also helped me with other items and carried the heaviest item to my car. I cannot recommend this store enough as the staff are polite, helpful and knowledgeable. The customer service was exceptional.

If you have a pool and want advice and help on how to take care of it and fix your problems, this is the store you want to go to.
I often get my water tested here and they always provide great advice, a few weeks ago I was served by A young guy named Cale and the manager Darren, they both helped immensely with my isssues and had great expertise
Some items can be a bit expensive but the service is worth the few extra dollars
My favourite store for all my DIY needs, as well as fantastic service from the boys.
Darren, Chris & Alex took pride and care with my lounge foam and made it perfect. They know their product well and enjoyed my chat with them. Good guys so worth the drive for good service. Allow time if you are as picky as me. Thank you again, so appreciated.
Got great service and advice from the staff here about a cot mattress for my daughter, much better service than the store out north.will be making this store my clark rubber go-to!
Came in and got some custom cushions cut, happy to say that the service was great and I now have some really long lasting, high quality couch cushions
