Drove a long distance to bye product that showed online and in store at Modbury was told they don't stock it any more I suggested maybe update your website to then get attitude from the young blonde girl. It's not hard to update stock on website.

As other customers have had the same issue with this particular store, I tried to return an item that was in the same condition as I had bought it (minor issue with the packaging and I didn't think anything of it when I purchased it, as it was with the packaging not the product). They refused to refund the purchase price flatly, then saying they would need to sell it as clearance, honestly he was just scurrying for excuses. It was pathetic to see.

Dissmissive, absolutely laughable customer service.

Visited Clarke Rubber Modbury this morning to order some new caravan cushions and Jamie was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond in helping us and providing ideas. We were very thankful to be served by someone who clearly knows the product and is very experienced. Thanks for all your help, we will definitely return if we need anything else.

Extremely Satisfied Customer due to very understanding and helpful customer service staff. Presented in store with faulty Intex C-530 filter pump leaking from motor located underneath. I mistakenly produced the wrong receipt in store but staff still assisted me and located the correct transaction record from other information I provided, accepting my word that I had retained the original invoice. Feels good to receive the kind of customer service that I expect from a honest business or service but sadly don't often receive these days. Thank You Clark Rubber Modbury for your care and fairness, it won't be forgotten and look forward to doing business with you again.

If there is zero stars, I would have given it that rating. Worst shop ever. I ordered a Kreepy Krauly through them as advised by the Kreepy Krauly Head Office. An empty box with only tubings came. Then, they asked me to collect the pool cleaner from their shop myself. Their excuse was pretty lame as well. They claimed that a new staff had not prepared the pool cleaner for delivery. I went to their shops and an old displayed unit was offered to me. No apology at all. The boss was also unapologetic and has no customer service skills at all. Worst experience ever. Poolwerx is so much better.

Went in for some mattress foam, Jessica served me straight away, explained the options, cut to the correct size and was friendly and helpful, and even gave me a hand taking it to my car - great service!

What a ridiculous experience. Young male staff member has zero concept of courtesy. He spoke sentences over me, put me on hold without permission even after specifically saying not to. Both staff too busy arguing to tell me if they have a plug that’s higher than 12mm at all.young lad even gave diameter when I asked for height. These people are useless and rude as hell. I’m burning with anger they wasted so much phone time plus an hour drive to tell me their plug is the same height. It’s a plug ffs not rocket science

I had a wonderful experience at the Modbury store, purchased an overlay for my bed and the guys in store informed me all about the different options to help find what best suited me. All questions I asked were happily answered and I could not be happier with my experience!

Perfect shopping experience, staff are helpful and know what they are talking about with fast service. Will be going back in the future for sure.

Got my rubber boots from there in 2008 & they still look good. They're so comfortable too.

I needed to get some foam seats for campervan converting. Had great service, helped measure area for seats. Even got some carpet for the floor. Great service, help and great price.

Easy parking, reverse one recommended. Not too busy place, used to be more staff and less waiting time. Prices are higher than used to be but it is what it is.

Click and collect order ready promptly. Called to arrange for my Mum to collect and they were very friendly. All went smooth with the pick up too. I love the pool accessories sold here. Could go crazy.

Very helpful and well laid out store. Stafff were engaging and prompt, without being pushy.
