City Centre Motel

They cancelled our booking the day before we were due to arrive, which had been confirmed and paid for a month ago. I would never recommend this establishment.

Decent motel to stay in as an overnight stopover. Good facilities in the room like a comfy bed and good shower. Wouldn't stay more than 1 night.

Cheap rooms, fairly modern. Uninterested fellow at reception, needs a new linen service… towels and sheets look off white and daggy. Marks on sheets.

Stayed over night with two others visiting relatives. Good clean room, all we needed. The shower is a great measure of a room and the shower was perfect.
Probably more info about access a day or so before checking in would have been good.

Excellent customer service! The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The only small problem was that it could be a little noisy at night if you had noisy neighbour. Super smooth check in and check out procedure. Perfect for a short stay.

Great location. The room was clean and tidy. The desk was a highlight that made easier to work from the room. Very spacious and comfy. I will stay here again next time.

The hotel had good communication. The rooms are off the main street. It was quiet once next door shut down but started up early which was fine as we were leaving. The rooms have been renovated which does look nice. The plumbing was back to front in shower. In room 3 note that hot tap in shower is on the right. The mattress needs updating. One side was collapsing on the edge and a big sag. I had to sleep on a pillow to make it even and comfortable. Otherwise it was fine.

A hidden gem, dont let the outside fool you these are some of the cleanest and best refurbished rooms we have ever stayed in. Thouroughly enjoyed our stay, easy walk to all the city facilities and great shower Can highly recommend

Great clean rooms, great staff, price on the website is not the cost of rooms. Very pleasant staff happy to help in anyway.

The room was spacious with good table space, very clean and looked newish.
The location is in the city with shops nearby, however the rooms are not on the main road and hence are quiet with little traffic noise.

We got to stay here in 2020 for the Nyrestar shutdown in October, these guys where great, wonderful place to stay I highly recommend!

The room was newly furbished and very nice inside although u wouldnt think so from the outside.unfortunatly there was no hot water so shower was a bit nippy.

Staff was friendly enough on a face to face but to get them to call back when ur in desperate need for accomodation is ridiculous. A returned call wether it be a positive or a negative result is better then no returned call at all.

We have stayed here several times, usually a week or so at a time, and are always left very impressed with both the quality of rooms and the exceptional customer service! The beds are really comfortable, the decor modern, the motel is quiet and cleaned to a very high standard, and the location is perfect and central to everything. Highly recommended

Room was very neat and tidy, with modern decor and furnishings. Check in and out was a breeze. Driving from Darwin to Melbourne over a week, this was definitely in the top two places I stayed. Thank you! (Bonus points for the Chinese Restaurant next door)

Kept up both nights we stayed by occupants in next room. People coming and going both nights and less than desirable visitors and arguments between them. Never ever again and the last place I would recommend

Doesn't look very inviting from the front at all and a little hard to find.

But the rooms were updated, clean and tidy. Had everything we needed for a nights stop over. Nothing over and above but the basic are all there.

Travelling for business, you always need somewhere comfortable, quiet, with all the required necessities. This place is all that!
I've stayed here a couple of times already and will be back here every month. Great service, clean rooms and close to everything.

Four of us stayed at City Centre motel for two nights recently, and it was a great place to stay. It was spotlessly clean, well set up, good quality comfortable furnishings, and in a good location. We were pleasantly surprised to find a kitchenette too; kettle, microwave and toaster, as well as crockery and cutlery. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient, and it was good value for money.
