CIBO Espresso The Avenues

I order their hazelnut coffee via Uber Eats often & decided to try Cibo in person for the first time. The service was lovely, everyone was super friendly and Cibo is dog friendly so there were a lot of pups in the outside seating area. Food & coffee was lovely. Thank you Cibo.

Went to this Cibo shop on Easter Saturday just for a bag of 1kg coffee bean. I know its public holiday and there was a board of 15% surcharge of service. However, I've literally just need to grab a bag of beans and leave.

They charged me $55 for that.from what I've remember it has been only $47. So I've asked the staff why is it $55 this time and instead of just telling me its surcharged (I mean I could always go back another day), they told me its because coffee bean went up prices since two months ago.

I knew its a lie.and guess what Cibo, your beans arent even the best coffee beans out there and you have the balls to charge $55 per kg.while other places with quality coffee beans are average $20-40. It's just ridiculous that i did not even get served to get a coffee I just went to get a bag of coffee beans.and I have always been getting the your coffee beans but last Saturday will be the last time ever.

I've been to a number of Cibo locations around Adelaide, as they're my go to coffee place. I usually pop in to Cibo at the Avenues shopping centre on a saturday morning after an excercise class and these guys consistently make the best vanilla latte that I've ever had (& do it with a smile)! Love coming here!

This place has seriously nice coffee but the outdoor area was very messy and dirty.a big change from my last visit.

Cute and simple, everything you'd expect from a cibo. Tried to order a drink and the server warned me it would be bitter and gave me suggestions. I loved their recommendation

A typical coffee shop, I'm not a coffee person BUT everyone else in the group seemed to be quite happy with everything, when you have a group of 20 + people & their all relatively happy THAT SAY'S IT ALL!

Probably they drinks are same flavor like other CiBo but the most friendly staff working in this place. I couldn't remember her name but she was put some sticker on her right arm. Thanks~~~

They make the best coffee! The wait time can be lengthy and it’s expensive but I’ll always keep going back because it’s so tasty!

Put order in recieved someone else's order and was just warm. You know the first coffee of the day really must be awesome especially when you have gone out of your way to get it, From a place who specialises in making coffee. Could have done better at home regret going and having to give a negative review.
COME ON GUYS LIFT YOUR GAME.

The venue itself is well layed out and the upstairs room is very cool.

The first lady who served us was great, but the second person who we ordered an extra thing through wasn't interested.
Also the whole upstairs area was very untidy and had at least 3 uncleared tables full of rubbish and soiled plates/glasses etc. No staff came up in the 15 minutes or so that we were up there. It wasn't busy at 330pm.

I don't like to generalise when reviewing - but this is a pretty standard "Cibo experience' in all aspects reviewed above. Food, coffee and atmosphere are always nice, but service is always a let down.

Came today for an Almond Latte, Hot Chocolate and Flat White. The guy who served and made our coffees was awesome and the coffees were great.

Love their coffee. But it's sad that they stopped chocolato cibocino. I'd love if they made it a regular line product: (

Went today for a coffee at 3: 35pm. While telling my order one of them was using the coffee machine cleaner. They decided it was a good idea to make my coffee not even rinsing the group. I guess I don’t need to say that just with one sip I could taste the chemical. While discussing about it with the guy at the counter, I was being teased because of my non Mother tongue accent. I am a barista so yes I exactly know how the cleaning process work, but how to treat people is just common sense. Not coming back surely.

The most expensive coffee in Adelaide and not the best taste. Ordered coffees for myself and wife and then got told to leave because they were closing. Customer service diabolical.

Perfect customer service here! My partner & I love coming here during the week for our morning wake up liquid. The customer service is the best I’ve experienced in Adelaide especially by Sib who always has a smile on her face & understands the value of a few seconds of chatting.

There are many other staff who also stand out which just makes coming here really a great start to the day. Thanks guys:)

Glad a coffee place has opened up here. The upstairs part is hidden away and therefore great for chats and impromptu meetings. Coffee is great as are the desserts. Staff very friendly and attentive.

Great customer service by Eliza today. Very helpful and accommodating with our changing needs. I like to have a good strong coffee while reading the local and national newspapers. The food and gelati look very enticing. On the way out I noticed that High Tea is available for Mother's Day. I think this could be quite a busy day with the need to book in advance.

Always great! The staff are friendly, greet me by name, engage and get good hot personalised coffee to me every.single.time. They're often super-busy, with tables full of chatting customers, and puppy friendly. It's my regular and I'm happier for it.
