CIBO Espresso Stirling

It's real hit and miss with this place. Been here dozens of times, but again find myself waiting for a heated piece of food for 20mins because the servers forgot to put it in.again

Asked for 2 Italian thick hot chocolate one classic and the other white.
What I got was the worse hot chocolate I had and the white one was even worse! It was basically just hot milk.
It was not even close to the Italian hot chocolate that I've tried in other cibo's and when I went to complain to the barista he refused to make me another one and said that I was wrong and the hot chocolate was like any other cibo's cafe.
This is unacceptable and these Batista's should definitely be trained better to be able to provide a good service.

The coffee here has improved a lot compared to a few yrs ago (better baristas?). The owner is really nice and makes an effort to remember regulars' names:)

After working at two Cibo Espresso Café’s, it is so rare to see and meet a business owner who’s so passionate and invested in their business. Amazing customer service, well informed of their products, kind and directional with their staff. I am so thoroughly impressed and can understand why this Cibo does as well as it does.

Asked for a small flat white with oat milk. I thought it was $4.50 but was charged $5.50. Did they charge $1 for the oat milk?

Loved this place! Caramel latte was devine with the printed napkins an additional nice touch. Avo and fetta on toast was drooling good! Staff are friendly and professional. Food delivered in a timely manner. The decor is nice too. So for this, CIBO at Stirling gets a big 5 stars.

Great place for a coffee, snack or meal. Friendly staff and good selection of snacks. Would recommend particularly on a cold and wet day in Stirling.

Found plastic in my gelati. I told the people working there and the main worker said some bad words and didn’t even apologise.

Coffee was great and the staff were friendly and efficient! Had a tuna and lettuce sandwich which was fresh and tasty!

Large cafe with indoor and outdoor seating. Tasty coffee and some sweet and savoury food options. Couldn’t see any vegan options. Fairly quick service. The staff were polite and there seemed to be an efficient system for processing customers’ orders.

Have visited here twice in the last 2 weeks for a meeting and have been very satisfied both times. Coffee and food have both been divine. Hard to say a bad word about the place really

Our first outing by the Morgan Car Club post Virus saw us book at the Stirling business for our Morning tea. Management went out of their way to accommodate us with rules and regulations in place.

Not so keen on their lunch choices (too much bread and too little filling) but their gelato is great, ACE being the best, great refreshing flavour.

Really good coffee and a good selection of food. Reasonably priced as well. Staff were really polite and very friendly. My children go there a lot.

Carlo and his team are a stand out in the Cibo chain. Great service and always a smile. Highly recommend.
