CIBO Espresso reviews
23Rhiannon is your best asset. You need to give her a raise. She gives the best service and has a very supportive team
A deceptively larger coffee shop than it looks. The coffee is great anyway you like it. The Dolce is even better!
Ordered a cinnamon chai but it was solidly a steamed milk with a sprinkle of spice on top. Could use some chai, not gonna lie!
I ordered a large iced latte, two minutes later a staff gave me the coffee, the coffee cup is dirty, the ice inside is almost melted, and I was the third person to order, my coffee should not be made so quickly, it is clear that this is not freshly made
Coffee OK but I've had better. Ordered raisin toast and had to ask for a knife to cut it in half. The chairs are small metal ones which are cold and hard.they obviously don't want people staying too long. No thought for customers' comfort.
Did not like the coffee that I bought, made better instant coffee. Staff ignored my comments about the brew. So no more. Spend my money elsewhere and be appreciated.
I’ve been going to this cibos for ages and the last two coffees have been just so bad. The last one I thought it was just a once off, no big deal. The second time it happened, unfortunately I just don’t think I can start a busy day with a burned coffee. I’ve had to find a new place where I don’t waste $6 on something undrinkable sorry
Location, location - right in the bus change centre. And the Zepollis are great. Latte's a bit milky and a double-shot's a bit raunchy - Robusta?
Coffee ️ is one of the best in town. Customer service is also really nice. There are places with worse coffee but similar prices so I don’t have much to say about price.
I agree with the rest that Cibo's does great coffee. I tried it out for myself after having a look at site reviews on WOMOW and mmmm. The deserts are a little pricey, but for a small sweet kick - I tried one of the biscotti and was very satisfied.
I love Cibo. The coffee is great the food is consistent across all branches and is mostly yummy. There are a few things I’ve tried and not loved. The piadina capocollo below is perfect to share between two for breakfast or solo for lunch! Capocollo rocket mayonnaise and mozzarella on crispy piadina. Toasted is best!
The service is always efficient and fast enough and friendly. I’ve been going to most Cibo’s in and around the city for years and recognise and am recognised by a whole heap of the baristas. Which is a great sign because they can clearly keep great staff!
Keep it up guys and gals.
Their coffee is amazing. I usually get the cafe latte freddo and its delicious. The staff there are always so nice and friendly towards their customers.
Always remember my name & my usual order. Coffee made by Joseph is always great but naturally varies with the other baristas.
When a snack is needed it is always fresh & tasty.
This CIBO is always friendly and efficient -which is what is needed in the early morning dash to the office.
The staff are rude. I ordered one coffee and one ice chocolate, say having here. But they gave me the paper cup and messy cocoa powder on it, the iced chocolate was awful with many big unmelted chocolate. They made another coffee in a cup but still ugly and bad taste
Has a good variety of quick breakfast and lunch options, which they're always happy to toast or warm up for you. The barristers make lovely coffee, and the staff are friendly and helpful.
Nice cosy place to grab a coffee in the morning on the way to work, read the paper or catch up with people. Beware if you are particular in how your choice tastes it may not be for you.
Great friendly service. However the importance of serving excellent coffee every single time may be something they need to consider. Was served a coconut milk cappuccino which unfortunately was not up to CIBO’s usual high standard.
However all other aspects of this visit were great.
Every time I go there to get a coffee, the staff use your name and remember your usual when you become a regular. My coffee every time without fail is made perfectly. Well done guys, love my experience every time I'm there:)
Outstanding service from friendly baristas. The food and coffee have always been tasty during our multiple visits.
"leave the gun, take the cannoli"- everytime you eat a cannoli here, you must thank Capo Pete Clemenza.
