I am writing this review for the worst doctor i have seen. Dr meena kundu. She shouldn't be a doctor at first place. Bloody racist and rude

Dr Deepti Yadav - awful woman. Rude, dismissive, uncaring, abrasive.
Dr Meena Kundu - friendly, interested in your welfare, solution orientated, good listener, offers support, holistic approach.
Dr Raj Poonia - experienced, knowledgeable, supportive, good listener.

Very bad and experience and very bad and poor services, don’t want to visit or recommend to any one. Rating is 0/5.

Doctor Carmelo is the best doctor. Waiting time is horrendous. Booked appointment for 10: 24am. Its 11: 17am and still waiting.

The doctors are wonderful, great service, easy to book and the receptionists are just wonderful
The price is good and would definitely recommend for all ages
I could not recommend this clinic more

The Reception Staff and Duty Practice Manager are disgustingly rude, and have zero level of care or concern over their patients. I called up for urgent blood test results, after being promised an appointment to receive them the next morning. I called up the next morning and the reception staff told me I'd have to wait another day for my urgent results. I asked for a phone consult with any of the doctors and was left on hold for 30 minutes, and hung up on. They have failed to answer any of my subsequent calls.

Rude doctors. Will not respond to your questions. Only interested in making money. Will try to see more and more patients in less time to make more money. Will not give required attention to patients as they deserve. Doctors main attention is the amount of time they are giving you. They will not give more than 5 min. They will try to end the consult after 5 minutes.

I wish I could give negative stars. They will charge you money and then will keep on harassing you time and again that you have not paid the money even if you provide enough evidence from bank statements that you have made the payment. They will go quiet, and then suddenly, a few days later, they will wake up again to ask for the money and the same screenshots again to harass you. I seriously curse myself as to why I decided to go there. It would have been better to bear the pain for a few hours and visited another medical centre the next day.

The Doctors and allied health services are good. Dr Nueve has also been great and professional, good dealing with kids and teenagers too.
However over time, the front staff have not been so helpful, this practice would be so much better with a proper practice manager. The reception staff need improvements, some training, especially with medical terms and issues.

The Doctors there are wonderful, unfortunately it’s the reception girls out the front that ruin it, extremely useless

I went there with my 3 years old to see doctor Meena Kundu. Her attitude was very unfriendly, non attentive & not appropriate for being a pedestrian or a child GP. Not recommend this dr Meena Kundu at all & after reading all the reviews now I know why all the negatives reviews are only for this lady.

Visited this place on several occasions, never had a problem with other receptionists. All of a sudden a new one comes in, she thinks she knows better, asks me for student ID to wave gap fee when in fact I was never asked in the past and my OSHC covers the whole amount. Student ID expired by two days, oh, you have to show me your class schedule. Are you kidding me? Is this a medical centre or a freaking court room?
The chubby Caucasian lady who is her ‘trainer’ couldn’t embarrass herself more by telling me that I am being argumentative when I had the calmest voice and was explaining the fact to her. What a bunch of losers! Never coming back. Too bad for my regular Doctor who works in this practice but I’ll be looking elsewhere.

I have had several disappointing interactions with reception staff who are never across clinic practice, consistently give you the incorrect information and seem absolutely baffled any time you ask them straight forward questions. Add to that doctors now charging to rush you through an appointment as quickly as they can. Zero care or concern. A terrible place.

I have sent a referral for my son that was asked by our GP back in March, followed up with said GP and IT WAS NOT GIVEN TO HIM AT ALL. I have been waiting 2 mos for an update if I had not followed up we would not have known that the doctor NEVER received it. Receptionists are rude and snappy whenever you have questions.

Looks like there’s a different receptionist every time I walk in here and you can tell that the receptionists are trying their hardest to be friendly but they always seem super stressed and are not enjoying being there, if their staff aren’t in a healthy environment and aren’t being cared about appropriately then I can’t imagine what the level of care is like for patients, especially when I watched the dr my mum was seeing walk into the clinic over half an hour after her appt, definitely not fair for your receptionists to cop patients complaints about long waiting times due to a drs poor time management skills and lack of ability to rock up on time.

No professionalism at all! Doctor don’t call at time for phone appointment and then ask us to rebook an appointment! Receptionist is very rude!

I have a book at 10: 30am and now 10: 59am. 30 mins delay but still waiting. Why are they asking arrive before 10 mins of appointment? I never meet a GP on time. Need to wait at least 30 mins.

Very good service by all the doctors. Dr. Preethi is the best. So humble, so soft spoken and very polite. Dr. Lal, Dr. Deepti are so good.

Every negative review of the Churchill Centre Family Practice is outdated. All of the doctors are good enough or very good, and the receptionists are all very professional and well mannered. Sometimes you have to wait up to 30 minutes for your appointment though (however that is no fault of the doctors, but rather the patients' before you who were late).

Staff on reception is very unprofessional, I had a appointment at 12: pm today and I arrived even 10 minutes earlier at clinic I provide my Medical card to receptionist and she said to me to wait for doc call and then after half hour I realised the patient coming after me are going back then I ask to receptionist what’s the problem and she didn’t replied me and called to doc and in front of me she said lie to doc that she was doing some adjustments in my Medicare card it’s very hard to see somebody lie in front of you and then she said wait for another 10minutes. Even I told this to doctor. Now I’m 3 hours late for my job
