Christies Beach Tourist Park

45 dollars per pitch with electricity. Very clean, next to the sea, small town center 5 minutes walk. There is a good supermarket less than 5 minutes away.

If only I could give this place zero stars.
There are a number of people living in tents who kept us awake all night - these people are clearly on drugs and yelled, fought and abused each other and other campers literally all night. This place is not worth $48 a night. Though it may seem a nice location, I did not feel comfortable or safe and left at first light. I will not be returning. I called the after hours number and was told they could not do anything.

We stayed a month at Christie’s Beach tourist park and could not fault it. The park staff were awesome at all times and the amenities were great. Couldn’t beat the location, would highly recommend this tourist park to everyone

Great location Adjacent to the beach, whilst slightly elevated to enhance the view of the beach. Really tidy park clean facilities.

One of the best places, awesome place to chill relax Ocean view and easy access to the beach. Shops are only minutes away. Staff are friendly and helpful.

This is absolutely a step ahead. Amenities are clean, clear and roomy. Staff are friendly. Kitchen and games room are well equipped.

I was in a bit of a rush when I first reviewed this cp. From the moment you arrive the staff are really nice. The spot we had was spot on and the amenities and camp kitchen are amazing. Cannot fault this cp it's absolutely fantastic. 10 out of 10.

Great place to stay, right at the beach.
We stayed in one of the cabins, clean, ample room for our needs (2× adults 2 x kids), the kids loved the pedal cars, the staff were super friendly. The beds were comfortable, the only downside were the hospital style plastic pillows. Other than that it was great.

Wanted a beach caravan park for a couple of nights and ended up at Christies, perfect.
Booked a seafront spot online and wasn't disappointed. We were allocated #49 a drive through. The photos attached are from #49.
Clean, modern bathroom facilities with really hot water. Large kitchen which in addition to the normal stuff had a grill, 2 BBQ, sandwich maker and some slow cookers. Also a good book swap, large TV, oil table and some games.
Staff and other guests were friendly.
Highly recommend. Would love to have stayed longer, especially as the sea and beach were so wonderful too.

Bit pricey for what is essentially a caravan park. Stayed in a cabin tho. Small but cute. With all necessary facilities. Very tiny shower. Also very small TV. Quite helpfull and accommodating staff.

Advertised free wifi, but doesn't connect or allow any use, women's toilet door always breaking, amenities out of order, other guests kicking on bathroom Door as walking past, shouting vile language.only thing it has going is the location and beach

The team is great and always accommodating! The sites are spacious, the amenties are clean and its a quick walk to to beach or 5min walk to the shops! Well worth it!

Rented a cabin here for a couple of nights and absolutely loved it!

1 minute walk to the beach, close enough to hear the waves with the windows open, which is lovely to fall asleep to, especially with the park noise restrictions after 10pm. Very comfortable and easy to relax in after a long drive from interstate.

The cabin was clean, modern and a decent size, 2 bedrooms with double beds, and a good size shower also. Beds are comfy, lovely fresh linen and lots of pillows and extra blankets if needed.

Kitchen within the cabin had all the necessary utensils, pots, pans, plates and cutlery provided, plus kettle and microwave, which was useful. Bathroom had towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap provided.

Nice lounge and beautiful wooden dining table.

Didn't check out the communal kitchen which was mentioned, so I can't comment on that, but having a playground on site was a nice touch for my daughter to play on when we weren't out and about.

Stunning views across the road, so made the most of the sunsets every night with a quick walk back to the cabin when the show was over! Shops are conveniently close too.

Staff were friendly and helpful via message as we checked in late from a long trip and had the keys, etc.left for us to pick up on arrival.

Will definitely recommend staying here, especially if you're a beach lover, and particularly in Summer!

Love the people and the caravan park. Great facilities, clean and tidy, always someone working on the gardens/lawns, so if you need help there is always someone around. Laundry and bathroom facilities are great and the camp kitchen is amazing. We stayed for four nights and will definitely be staying again when we come back to SA. Thank you for a great stay.

We booked for a Sunday night the website told us the reception was open untill 5pm. We arrived at 4pm and there was a sign that on Sundays they close at 2pm. So we wait for maybe half an hour until we could reach someone to check in. Clean facilities. Very nice and big camp kitchen with everything you need. I forgot my shorts hanging on the tender and call the day after to see if I could look for them and they told me they were not there anymore. Pitty.

Too expensive AND NOT VERY PET FRIENDLY (small dogs only), haven't they ever heard of a well trained dog.
Oh well, you're los not mine, I'll just go somewhere else that IS PET FRIENDLY!
