Chimney Park reviews
5There is a sign here saying ball games of any sort strictly prohibited. In English this means no fun of any sort allowed.if you set foot on this park a neighbour or some psychotic staff member from the council will probably get very angry. The brick chimney looks almost identical to the incinnerators from the WW2 prison camps. Who knows maybe it's for the children that try to play ball games at the park.
It's kind of ok to just sit and do nothing but there's really nothing to look at or do except for the houses around and the trees. If you are with someone or have a book to read I guess it's fine though.
Edit: After returning for a while, there are some things I could still mention, which I didn't notice. While the park is fairly small it is located in a beautiful and friendly neighbourhood, so it is worth visiting and having a walk around the streets nearby as there are other nice areas around. The park itself and areas surrounding it are very nice and there are a few spots to do a picnic and sit/walk in the grass (within the park and neighbourhood). It's better during sunny days and I'm pretty sure once the neighbouring building is finished it will be a much nicer view and feel, which is not to be dismissed.
Because I'm like a HUGE influencer on the social media thingies, I was very disappointed to find noone giving me free stuff at this park.
So, like, it's awesome for your insta when you want to get a selfie of your butt in a thong outdoors with noone around!
Very small park, patchy grass, and no sport activities allowed. Ridiculous as surround by residential generally. Probably best for walking a dog, reading a book. No BBQ, no ammenties. Feel they could make this into a BBQ, type area at least.
