Chickens With Attitude

Been awhile since I've been due to heavy work schedules.but WOW! What a burger hasn't changed & happy bout that as its hard to beat awsome! Thank you Nick & family + staff.ps.everything else is great too but to me personally it's all about the burger

I’ve tried just about every chicken and chips shop in the largs/semaphore area and this is by far the BEST one.

Tonight I walked into DIFFERENT chicken & chip shop nearby.as I opened the door I noticed dirty hand marks around the door handle.
As I entered the shop, I was hit with a huge waft of old oil smell
The floors and salad cooler looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months
After getting nowhere with some simple questions with the guy at the counter, I just left.
Needless to say there was no one else in this store.

Then, I wandered over to Chickens With Attitude for the first time.
Walked in and smelt the unmistakeable smell of fresh chips cooking in fresh oil.
Immediately I was warmly greeted by a team of people (family I assume) busily cooking the orders for the other customers before me.
Everything in the shop was perfectly clean and the salads looked fresh

I knew already that the food would be perfect, and it was. I will be back!

Nice lady taking orders. But. I had a prawn pack and the lady cooking had the chips in the pack ready and put the prawns straight from the frier to the pack NO DRAINING and didn't check if salt was preferred. When I asked for salt and serviettes to pat some fat off.the cook wasn't impressed. SORRY NOT SORRY.

Chips are really good, but they have a $10 minimum for cards. This is quite frustrating when you just want a small or medium chips as a snack. So come with cash!

Worst chips I’ve had potentially only slightly better then kfc.
Unfortunately not even gravy could save these sad potato sticks.

I spoke to a Queenslander and they ask me " what is charcoal chicken"? I said chickens with attitude. Quality people with quality chooks.

One of the best chicken shops in the area. Treated with upmost respect upon entry, and given various options in regards to salad and packing choices. To top it off the food was amazing. Highly recommend!

Best chicken shop in the state. Nick, the owner, is lovely with great food without charging an arm and a leg (instead getting a wing and a breast). Couldn't be happier to have found this place.

Used to be great but now isnt as good sadly, ordered the same schnitzel pack i always did but no carrots & old soft potato, sad to see standards slipping.

For Decades i have heard of the place where the chickens have a little too much attitude. In 13 days me and my family of 12 are flying from düsseldorf, Germany to try the 'chickens With Attitude'. Me and my family believe that chickens with attitude tend to tase nicer then chicken without attitude. Ive read the reviews for this fast food joint and there all pretty positive. I look forward to visiting this Marvellous establishment)
