I bought chicken schnitzel pack and chicken souvlaki was a waste of $39.90 schnitzel was hard as rock peas and carrots over cook was like mushed chicken souvlaki was way too dry after hearing all postive recommendations I went in to try but NEVER again sorry

Great reviews makes me think many have not had good chicken and chips. Chicken dry, chips over cooked or is it thrice fried? Numbers exiting out of sequence are not good either. Plucka Chicken is much better.

Our family had the pleasure of using Chicken Plus's catering service for our sons 21st for approx 70 ppl. All my emails were quickly replied too. They were clear, concise and Giorgio was very patient! We ordered less than 2 weeks before the event. The price per head was excellent and we were so appreciative of this because we watch our pennies. We ordered Roast chicken, Roast Lamb, Roast vegetables and gravy. All our guests loved the food! We picked up the food, everything was packed safely, securely and easy for car travel.
Thank you Giorgio and Zac for making our sons 21st so much easier, less stressful and with good quality food. Xx

Bought the XL chicken schnitzel and chips, and kataifi dessert, ended up throwing up after I had finished my meal.

The schnitzel itself was remarkably subpar - not as juicy as I had hoped and the breadcrumbs and crunchiness was pitiful but at least it was half edible and the portion was big. The chips on the other hand tastes as good as it looks. They were so full of oil and fat that most had no crunch whatsoever, and most had no taste besides the oil, the fat and the chicken salt splattered all over. In fact, even in the pizza box of which it came in, you could smell the oil through the cardboard. Genuinely indistinguishable from the frozen chips you can buy at any grocery store, or at any cheap pub/bar/fish and chips shop. Worse yet, after I had finished the chips, there was an absolutely awful aftertaste in my mouth which I can only guess was the insides of my mouth being coated in oil. I had to cleanse my mouth with water afterwards because it felt like I had used petrol as a mouthwash. After I had finished everything, my body just felt absolutely horrid that I had to throw up. Mind, I have eaten a half kilo to a kilo of schnitzel plus chips before from other restaurants and have never felt as bad, let alone throw up - there was just THAT much oil and fat.

The only highlight was the kataifi, which I also didn't like but it was more so because of my personal preference than the quality of the kataifi itself; albeit, I've never eaten kataifi before so I really had no way to gauge how good/authentic it was. It was certainly a palette cleanser from the oil and fat, at the very least.

It's unfortunate the quality was so poor as it is a family-owned business and of course, family owned > franchise any day of the week. However, it's difficult to not rate one star when everything is so coated with oil that you had to throw up afterwards just to feel better. If anything, stay away from the schnitzel and definitely the chips, and only buy the dessert as they seem to be the highest quality food there. Chickens Plus? More like Chickens D Minus.

Came in last Sunday morning, was greeted by a bright young worker. He was very quick to get my meal prepared and was a delight to talk to.

Went and ordered two chicken burgers ended up with beef burgers that below average. But we did get our chicken burgers but the the chicken was cooked in old oil as you could see the burnt bits and the pineapple was all rubbery.

All around the burgers were the worst but I still ate half of the burgers out of respect for my partner as she paid for them.

Sausage hot packs have saved my life on multiple occasions they're pretty cheap too and the pizza box schnitzel can feed a small village definitely recommend, haven't been there in person so can't say anything about the atmosphere.

Went to this place for dinner and got 2 pieces of fish for about 7 dollars each and a small container of pasta salad for 6 dollars. Both tasted good. No extra charge for grilled fish

I went to chicken plus last night spoke to a young worker named kimmy, was very friendly.will be returning soon.

Veggies plus menu is amazing! We purchased halloumi burger, cauliflower bites, super salad and grilled corn. We could not fault any of it. Super fresh and tasted amazing. Definitely will be our go to. Highly recommend.

Not a great experience. Our phoned in order seemed to not make it to their system, so we had to wait again for it. Chips tasted like the oil the whole place smelled of. Another customer had to take their order back before they got out the door, because it was dripping oil on the floor (and his leg), and threatening to fall through the paper bag.

Fish cakes wre cooked too long & were dry, had to throw out most of it, chiko roll had a strange taste & didn't contain much cabbage or carrot inside like they usually do

Needed to change the order for my mum as she can't eat chips, and the staff were happy to make the change without any fuss.
Food was served up super fast.

Recently discovered this place after looking for roast dinners takeaway. We tried the roast pork here. Absolutely amazing! Melt in your mouth. Crackling sucks is rubbery, but that’s okay. Chips are good. Service is quick. Have returned multiple times since my first visit and would recommend highly.

Chickens Plus is very clean & professional looking when entering, the roast potatoes are perfect with chicken salt to complement.their schnitzel hot packs need more schnitzel but other than that they are very good, quality is high & no cheap nasty oil soaked food clearly shows this & price is high.customer service is excellent & welcoming with staff happy to serve you, a much better chicken shop than most.

Best chicken shop ever! Burgers are 10/10, chicken and chips are always cooked to perfection and incredible service. Would recommend Chickens Plus to anyone!

Had a problem with Uber where the app overcharged me and put the order through 3 times at the same time.
I had no idea at the time as I only confirmed the order once. Food arrived they sent 2 orders out of 3. I was like what is going on here, so I looked at Uber and noticed somehow it had done 3 identical independent orders at the same time.

I realised this was a mistake with the app, but rang the shop to confirm if they knew. The lady at the shop was rude, as soon as she answered she knew who I was and what my problem was before I really said anything. And stated we know there was a mistake with the order but its not our problem to fix it ring Uber. Even though in the past this place has contacted me when there has been errors on the order, as does any other place.
So they admitted they knew it was a mistake, they were happy to keep an extra $35 for food they didnt even send, also 3 times delivery fee for food sent to one location, almost 20bucks on delivery. $105 in total haha

Instead of ringing me when they KNEW it was a mistake to say "hi did you put 3 identical orders through on your app at 8: 28pm, we can cancel them because we know this is impossible and you didnt do this. But no we are happy to take 3 times delivery fee, one extra amount for food we know is a mistake and we wont provide.
Also the food here sucks, chicken is always greasy and dry. Chips are average and overcooked. Salads, if the lettuce isnt soggy/borderline rotten and 3 days old you are winning. Burgers beyond average.
