Had dinner there last night with the family
Its under new management as the horrible older man is so rude to his employees and his attitude is definitely not professional at all. The food was below average and the service was appalling.
The shop was so dirty in the dining area, so I can't imagine what it looks like at the back
We as a family always dined at chicken time as the old staff were so friendly and accommodating
The other guy with the glasse's did a great job running it. Hes not they're anyone
Its so sad to see a good thing tarnish
Warning.do yourself a favour and don't bother wasting your time or money!

There maybe other great chicken shops around town. But I guarantee there's no better!

Can’t follow simple instructions. Chicken cut in quarters should be a simple request. 2 out of 3 times given a bag of chicken bits by someone telling me ‘chicken cut in quarters’. What else do they get wrong!

I bought 2 pieces of battered fish. The fish was tasteless, apart from a slight bitterness. The texture was like damp paper. I woukd say this was one of the worst take away fish dinners that I've ever had.
I won't be wasting my money at thus local business again. I would rather drive for 20-30 minutes in peak hour so I can buy fresh fish that tastes like fresh fish.
This shop seriously needs to lift their game.

Ordered a small Greek salad for $6 got a 500 ml ice coffee with it for $4.50. The woman behind the counter charged me $11.50 she made a dollar prophet.spoke to her about the price.did not wish to know (SCAMER)

The serving sizes a massive the food is absolutely delicious do yourself a favour go and give it a go you will not be disappointed

Poped into Chicken time Norwood for an early dinner after walking the Parade and shopping. The service was fantastic and the chicken and chips was arguably the best I have ever eaten. If you are in the area this shp is a must.

Good quality fish! I ordered the grilled butterfish, which was fresh and flaky. I also ordered a large salad which you can mix and match from their wide variety of salads.

I just love the hamburgers here (I think they may have shrunk in size but ironically are now a perfect size - unless its that I didn't request pineapple in it) Hamburger with the lot is reasonably priced + perfectly tasty. There are plenty other meals, food, range of salads to choose from as well with tables in and outside next to Norwood oval

Been buying here (and the old Linden Park store) for years. Always delicious. Generous helpings too. Roast chooks are the best! Really miss the Linden Park store - hope you have the opportunity to expand again soon.
