I don't come here often, but when I do, they never leave me with a reason to not leave with a smile. They always treat me with respect & are super friendly & the food is always fresh & tastes great!

The family have been running this business for many years at Goodwood. Always friendly, very efficient and best roasted chicken.

Super friendly staff food is excellent and reasonably priced. I can honestly say i have never been disappointed. Do yourself a favour and try it

Great chicken & used to have great chips but it seems they have changed something & the chips are yellow & are not as nice

The BEST Virus's, and Beef burger with the lot, in South Australia, so much so That we have 2 virus's and a burger, every Saturday!

The place is clean and tidy and the food is awesome (love their steak sandwich). Has the vibes of a "friendly, family run business down the street".

This place is the best fish and chips and chicken place in the southern suburbs. Sophia, Peter and Georgia are lovely. If you are looking for a bit of a treat ask Georgia to make one of her soon to be famous egg and bacon rolls)

Gold standard for chicken and chips in the area. Slightly well done, light chicken salt, can't go wrong!

Had my Mum's 90th Birthday on 22nd February. Catered & made beautiful chicken platters with the wonderful freshly barbequed chickens we ordered. All our guests were so impressed with the delicious, tender chicken, with many asking where we bought them.

Chicken House is a Goody Road landmark which has survived the test of time. And that's because it serves up quality, free range, plump hot chickens, fish, snack packs, burgers and delicious golden chips. It's open for lunch and dinner and many a happy school kid can be seen trailing home with a bag of chips and a big smile on their face The staff are friendly and know their customers expect decent sized portions. The tempting salads are simple but freshly made with the Greek salad a stand out. Support your local and you will be pleased with the value for money Chicken House dishes up!

This family run business is an excellent take-away. The food and salads are always fresh and the proprietors are just lovely folk. The shop continually gets 5 star ratings for hygiene, so here's my 5 star rating for everything else. Highly recommended)

The best chicken burger iv ever had amazing food never disappointed. The chickens are always amazing flavoured and the best chips with the best chicken salt iv ever tasted. 10/10 we go at least once a week.

Because the people who work there treat me with respect.
I have a physical disability and in a wheelchair and find a lot of business treat me like an idiot and more often ignore my custom.
So those business I wiĺl not give another go because if they are not prepared to take the time to find out what I am there for then they don't deserve my patŕinige

Worst chicken burger I've ever had. The chicken was totally overcooked, the darkest brown before actually burnt and dried out inside. There was so much mayonnaise poured on there that the lettuce and only slice of tomato fell out onto the plate. Terrible. I'll never order one again.
