CHG@Elizabeth (Corporate Health Group)

Had 4 doctors in 4 months mistly due to unavailability. Initial examination was incomplete and advice not helpful. 15 minute physio appointment spent talking, completely useless.

I hàve just been to CHG Elizabethi broke my Ankle at work. IFound the Receptionisrts were pleasant and helpful. The Doctor was very proffessional as was the Padiatrist and both made you relax with a bit of Humour i found the visit informative and pleasant.

Absolute scam.
DR KIM is the worst doctor I have ever seen.
Didn't listen, didn't read treating doctor progress report, didn't ask me any questions but yet did a self assessment of me? Illegal?
Stay away from this place is you are seeking work cover. Go to GP.

I disagree with some of the reviews. Receptionists were absolutely wonderful. Especially Megan who rang me at home as she noticed I was struggling. Almost 3yrs attending it's hard to remember them all but stand outs were physiotherapists Abby Docking and Mark Standing. Very professional and went out of their way to help. The other stand out was that tall skinny girl exercise psychologist forgot her name without her I wouldn't be where I am now.thanks

Front desk staff have always been very friendly and caring. Dr. Ganesan has been amazing in what has been a most stressful time for me.

Horrible customer service. Both receptionists were so unnecessarily rude which made the already inconvenient experience, significantly worse.

Front reception very friendly and the young man who done my stress test friendly. Then the lady doing my eye and lung test not very nice at all. In a conversation I mentioned I worked for the uniting church. Then she got quite rude even saying she don't like church people. And they are nasty and untrustworthy. I only went to chg for a medical not to have my faith questioned. This one lady's attitude is why I gave a 1 star review.

Have double fracture, doctor Ali said you can work one with your one hand, is this joke?
If I loose my hand yesterday, you maybe write, he has one hand remain so he can work with one hand.
I am not saying give me lifetime certificate for unfit but you don’t know how painful it is, it’s fracture,
I am deserving atleast 15 days unfit certificate.

Receptionist Megan extremely rude and impatient especially with elderly people, very unprofessional.

They booked me for 7 am for COVID 2vaccine, when I arrived there it was closed. I especially asked while booking and she printed a page for my booking stating the time in there. Ridiculous system.they don’t know what time they open and

Fantastic Friendly Staff and so Very Helpful and Caring. Had the same Dr for Many Years. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
