11Poor front desk, care glands not working. Poor internal communication.three hours to do a churn health assessment.not impressed.had to prompt them to get it done. The Nurse and Physio were helpful and engaging.
Are one of the best to help you with your work injuries and getting you back to work. From the reception desk to docs and physios I highly recommend them

They Forgot call my name and waited extra few minutes that’s fine but main problem was that old lady who was there for chest test, she was like oh why you don’t understand what I am saying?
Ma’am, I never did this chest test before and doctor himself told me this is little difficult, so instead of behaving rude she should be more polite with patients.
Had good experiences before hence you get an extra star but your receptionist Marina needs to change her attitude or you need to get rid of her. Seriously.

Have visited this clinic for dozens of times due to an work injury. Have met three doctors, four physiotherapists and all receptionists and all are professional, friendly and considerate. Major of my experience are very positive, but sometimes it can be very popular and overbooked so waiting period could be long. It is recommended to book in advance just in case of no availability.
5 stars for me there like family who look after you when your injured I'm so happy going there, Costa and the team rock I wanna add another 5 stars. Keep up the good work
