Contacted them for catering services for an event at our residence and the overall experience was fantastic!
Well organized staffs and perfectly led by the manager. The food exceeded our expectations and the staff members assisting during the party were exceptional.

Good food, good service and very good food presentation. The Mysore Dosa was tasty and the batter was really fresh. I'm a cook myself so I can say with the smell of the food.

Excellent exibition of South Indian food with such high number of varieties. Applauds to their amazing staffs Anbu & Gayatri for arranging table for such big gang in such short time. Everything we ordered like 4 varieties of Dosas, different types of Vadas and desserts, I've to agree that all came with quality. No one complaint about any of the dishes and it was a happy dining.

Won't mind to appreciate Chennai Palace team in open forum. Happily recommended.

Although not an establishment with a long history, this restaurant is relatively new in our area. I visited yesterday, and the venue impressed me with its cleanliness, spaciousness and such diverse range offood options.
From typical South Indian dishes to traditional Indian cuisine, everything is in their card. The service was exceptional and the staff were welcoming, placing great value on the guests. The Kerala Beef Fry and Naan I tried was absolutely delectable and the highlight of the evening. I look forward to returning without hesitation and highly recommend this place.

Beautiful interior decorations in the restaurant, clean and spacious. More than food these are also important for any restaurant. I'm glad that Chennai Palace's staffs gives equal importance to hygiene. The food was amazing too, loved their Medhu Vada the most, top class service too.
It was a happy visit and will surely be back again.

Visted Chennai Palace quite a few time but this time tried their Thursday's Buffet. What is display for Indian food mixed properly with other South Indian Dishes, which increased the option for selection. Quality of food is damn good and all were cooked fresh. Complete value to money and grest level of customer satisfaction. Very well recommended!

Our family went for Buffet on Thursday 8/2/24 night. It was a complete waste of time and money. Food quality and taste was low grade. Curries, naans, deserts were all cold (not even warm, forget hot). Buffets were not refilled in time. A complete rip off. When bought to manager's notice, he acknowledged it but had lame excuses.

Top class food & beautifully present to us. They arenot only good but I must say that Chennai Palace are Champion when it comes to South Indian Dishes.
We have ordered Kal Dosa & Plain Dosa and it was preety fast on the table. Even the Chutney's and Sambaar were prepared with great taste. Experimenting this restaurant has been a good move and tasted something traditional after a very long time. Keep going Chennai Palace & team.

Great display of Indian food & amazing quality. Visiting the Thursday Buffet in Chennai Palace is a win-win situation. Awesome selection of food menu, tasted almost all of them. Quality food & excellent service. Apart from their South Indian menu, they are also good in serving some other types of outstanding dishes. Tried our hands on Chicken Tikka, Honey Chilli Cauliflower with Pulav and Strawberry drinks. Prepared in the finest way possible and what a texture of the food when presented. Very happy and satisfied in this visit. Thanks to the working staff for suggesting what we had.

Flavourful food & Yummy fragnance! Chennai Palace has always done great exibition of food. The food quality and presentation both have been always outstanding.
Another random visit with my brother and wanted to grab something quick. We ordered Onion Dosa, Butter Chicken, Butter Naan and Soft Drinks. The food as usual was fresh and cooked in the best possible way. Presented very eye-catchy on table. Truly happy & satisfied again.

Mervellous experience visiting this restaurant, a lot of depth in the menu and very diversified food. Not only South Indian dishes but also found some top-notch North Indian food. Honestly, very impressed with everything.
We have ordered Cheese and Garlic Naan, Lamb Vindaloo, Mix Veg Curry and Masala Tea at the end. I must say everything was just perfect in taste and the staffs were active too. I would love to rate them the maximum, and surely coming back.

Buffet is not worth. Biryani is ok. Dosa served cold. Kheer is watery, as well as the butter chicken. Disappointing.

Fairly new restaurant and they have increased their fan following a lot. Infact, I'm one of them!
Their dishes like Dosa's and Uthappam are incredibly the best. Taste is superb and quality service, always noticed the working staffs making sure that we did not wait too long after the order is placed.

Food is fairly priced, clean tables and amazing enviroment. Won't mind to visit again or recommend them to others.

Went for brunch and ordered an egg masala dosa and onion uthappan. The food was tasty but the egg masala dosa didn’t have any egg in it. When I questioned the chef said it was mixed into the potato but there was no taste nor texture at all. Would have been professional if they admitted they forgot to add the egg. The bathrooms, wash basins and the mirror were dirty and looked as if they haven’t been cleaned for ages. I might order take out next time but will make sure to check they’ve added what they say.
