Previously very loyal customer but with the price hike from $90 to $170 for the exact same service in less than 2 years, would not recommend.

Helen's treatments are a whole body treatment. Around my 3rd massage I engaged her for coaching as I had turned a positive corner in not only my pain management, but my life and business. Helen's treatments are peaceful, easy and makes a huge difference!

Sure the premises isn't glitzy and glam but I don't care. My eyes are closed while I drift off to massage heaven. Helen got me back in 7 weeks from a stage 2 calf muscle tear that should have taken 12-14 weeks. Really know their stuff and worth the money. If you want a pretentious 'showboat' parlour experience then this isn't for you. If you want to get your body right then don't hesitate to call Helen and Lara - you're body will thank you for it.

I have been having massages by the lovely Lara for many years now and last Saturday I had Helen as Lara was unavailable. The massages have always been professional and just what my body needs on that day. I can highly recommend the services provided by this clinic. As I am getting older my body needs more attention and a regular massage helps. Keep up the excellent work girls I love what you do.

I’ve been going to Chelsea Massage for about five years for body maintenance through remedial massage. I am soooo glad that I stumbled across Chelsea Massage. I am really fussy about my massages and it was really important to me, when I moved into the area, that I found a therapist that was able to do a good job and make a difference to how my body felt. Lara from Chelsea Massage is fantastic. She makes you feel comfortable, focuses on the areas that you feel need attention and really makes a difference to how you feel.
I used to suffer from really bad headaches that would last for days, it was horrible. Lara was able to work on my problem areas and relieve my headaches in one visit. It was just amazing how effective the massage was at relieving my headaches. I hardly ever suffer from headaches now. I also play tennis and Lara has been able to help my body prepare and recover. Recently Lara looked after me during and after my pregnancy. I feel that my body is in a really good place, thanks to Lara.
Lara has also helped my husband through a back problem. He didn’t have much faith in massage beforehand, but now he regularly gets a massage by Lara for maintenance and it really helps.
When my mum was looking for a massage therapist I didn’t hesitate to recommend Chelsea Massage to her, even though she lives over an hour away (it’s hard to find a good therapist). My mum has fibromyalgia and has experienced a couple of other health issues. Helen has really helped my mum deal with muscle pain and through a frozen shoulder.
Worth every cent.

I rang and booked in for a relaxing massage and was told it was $90. During the massage the person put suction caps on me and I had no idea what was going on, I had never had these throughout a massage before which were far from relaxing. There was some strange shaking of my hair which did not feel relaxing at all, just weird and annoying. I was then charged $110, I told her that I had been quoted $90 but she said because I said I had some sore areas she took it upon herself to give me what she thought I needed but did not think it was important to tell me there was any extra cost. She said she would charge me $100 as I did not feel it was fair to charge me more. I told her that I did not think my relaxing massage I asked for was received. It was quite rough, slap dash and not the gentle firm hands that massage therapists usually have. I also do not appreciate being told that the massage I wanted would not have worked on me anyway and was given what she thought I needed. The place was dirty and run down, it was such a disappointment and not worth the $100 I paid. I am supposed to feel relaxed after a massage not annoyed at my experience. If I am to pay this amount I expect quality, far from my previous experience of candles, aromatherapy oils and a beautiful relaxing dark room but rather old dingy, bright, smelly run down premises.

Friendly staff, always running on time and a clean practice. Attention to detail and listening to the client is the key and the ladies here have it spot on.
