Delicious tea in compostable cups! I would recommend the jasmine milk tea with pearls, earl gray or cookies & cream.

Last time I visited here there were around four staff working, I tried some of my hot jasmine milk tea and noticed it was lukewarm- not hot. A staff member then offered to reheat it for me and was quite adamant about it. I appreciated it and allowed it, as I wasn't in a rush.

The kiosk addition helps a lot, though I am very confused why there is a separate listing for "jasmine milk tea with pearls" when there is already a "jasmine milk tea" listing where you add pearls on the next selection menu.

Overall, very delicious tea and a lot of variety to choose from.

Excellent customer service with best ice tea variety in menu. Highly recommended place to visit when in rundle mall.

Very happy with my drink I had today. I got a passionfruit tea smoothie with mango popping pearls. The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is that there was quite a lineup and those working took there time to attend to taking more orders (as there was a lady taking her time and holding back everyone else on the self serve machine but they have a counter next to it to serve from as well and they didn’t use it for a very long time).

Terrible customer service. Ordered a Thai milktea and it tasted just like water. This wasn’t the first time I ordered Thai milk tea from Chatime. Staff were being rude when I told them about it and requested to remake a new one. One of the staff who’s remaking the drink was being hostile and discourteous. Also, they just added water when the tea wasn’t enough. Never recommend and will never come back.

Had great customer service and delicious bubble tea. Staff answered all my questions and were really helpful in deciding the right frui-tea for me!

3rd time this has happened. I own the cha time light up cup and placed it infront of the guy taking my order to let him know id like the drink in the cup. He completely ignores it and charged me an atrscious amount ($13) for a large frozen mango with normal pearls. Genuinely frustrated now, why pay so much for a cup only for it to be ignored and charged extra. Cha time, if someone has the cup out, use it.
As i was leaving a group of girls also tried stealing my cup that was left on the counter and i had to snatch it back.

Got a large bubble tea, the cup had 3/4 ice and 1/4 pearls to save on actual tea, the tea portion was 140mL and the cup is supposed to take 700mL, scam

The drinks were amazing, however the staff member that was taking my order was being unnecessarily passive aggressive.

This place is so over priced.i payed $17.00 for two drinks.it should only cost $12.00 for two drinks.

Out of the last 5 times I have gone to this location, they have gotten my order wrong 4 times. They are sneaky and quickly bag it before you can check it. Make sure you check your order before you leave the location

One of my favourite bubble milk tea. Highly recommend the Thai milk tea, and I like mine just as it is, without any pearls, nor extra condiments. Taste like authentic Thai milk tea. Make sure you have a membership, as I believe you can get perks. Keep up the good work guys.

Horrible customer service. Got my mothers order wrong and went back and kindly asked to change it. Staff were hostile and very rude. Talking to eachother about her and staring at her. Probably will go to gong cha next time.

Had this nice Large Vanilla milk tea with rainbow jelly very nice girl served was more better than gong cha.

A team member here, Adam, was hostile and demonstrated the least customer service I have ever received at any Chatime.
Adam mumbles orders back and shows a lack of customer service skills. He must also make incorrect orders frequently as he was at the ready and hostile when I approached him about my incorrect order. He must not understand that it is his fault that it perhaps happens to him often. He clearly does not seem to care for customers and shows a lack of respect for them. I will not be returning to Rundle Place Chatime anytime in the future. Adam's store manager must be made aware of this as Adam has a lot of work ahead of him to improve his utter lack of customer service.

I would rate zero stars if I could. The customer service was horrendous. The staff where hostile and pressuring. I could barely make my order before being cut off.

This place is amazing. They have shaken my tastebuds like a smoothie criminal. The Philly cream drinks they do are to die for. I happen to make up up a strawberries and cream bubble drink. Get creative, the menu lets you have a lot of fun. You do have tea options as well. Just try them before you judge, it is so easy to judge by eye.

The staff is often discourteous and feel being favoured by making the tea for the customers. On 7th February 2020, Friday evening, one staff member was using his mobile and then touching the ice with his unhygienic hands without washing. This is a big hygiene issue.

My friend and I felt super uncomfortable after having received the worst service. We politely stood to the side as we were still deciding what to order, telling the girl at the counter which, resulted with her rolling her eyes and glaring at us. Once we were ready to order, she was nothing but rude and sassy. Such disappointing customer service which was surprising as workers here are usually super chill and nice. However, in the end at least the drinks were good.

Was with my friend in the city this morning and we wanted to get cha time because we love the drinks there. We went and they told us they open at 10: 30 so we sat in the food court and waited. We were just minding our own business then we realised a man walked into the store, possibly the front counter man’s co worker and we thought they were opening but instead they stared at us and starting smirking and laughing at us. We felt uncomfortable because of how much they were staring and well-awared they continued to behave immaturely. We left and got coco bubble tea:)

Went to chatime rundle place as I usually go to the other chatime stores across Adelaide but on December 16th I thought to stepped by and grabbed a bubble tea. As the line was small so I grabbed my drink. As everyone says it gets busy at this store but not yesterday as it was quite when I went there to purchase my drink.

I always love chatime as the drinks section is amazing and there is heaps variety of drinks to choose from.

I choose Apple green tea with Apple Pearls as it was delicious and refreshing for a hot day we are going through all this week here in Adelaide.

Will be back again soon for another drink or two
