Food and service was decent but I found it a bit loud. As we travelled across town, I am not sure we would rush to travel to go back. When it was northern suburbs, it was worth it. They need to bring it back to the northern suburbs as well.

This restaurant has the best buffet meals in Adelaide. The staff are very friendly and Restaurant Manager Lucas is very helpful and organised.

Great buffet restaurant, one of the best in town. Clean and newly renovated, with great customer service.
Food taste really nice, although some people may find it a bit lacking in varity, but perhaps the best offer they have imo are the desserts and ice cream with 6 choices compare to Watermark nearby with just 2 flavours.
Overall, highly recomemded and will definitely come back again.

The food was good for a buffet. There was a staff member that was constantly glaring at us while we were plating up at the buffet after he told us that we should have been told to order from the bistro menu due to arriving 45m before buffet closing time.sadly there is also no longer a soft serve machine since they renovated: (

We came across Adelaide Metro Hotel while browsing the internet. We were thinking this could be a nice place to celebrate our anniversary so we booked a table for two. It tuned out to be a great decision. At arrival we were greeted by a lovely young woman, we believe she is the manager of the venue. She kindly surprised us with a special discount and a drink voucher due to the special occasion for us. What a lovely gesture. Besides that, the food was great from a wide variety to choose from. Our experience was great. Thank you very much.we'll certainly come back again

Great buffet selection, attentive service and relaxed atmosphere. Kids enjoyed their first visit and are already asking to visit again.

Not bad since the change, a lot more expensive $41.95 per adult on a Saturday night, food was cooked well, not as much selection as before, but still nice.

We celebrated our 60th wedding anniversary last week, and really enjoyed our meal. The staff were very friendly, and the food was lovely.

We arrived at 2pm with children to be told they have closed already when it says on the website it closes at 3pm, false advertisement and hungry children.

We love going here great value. Great place for kids to get independence and choose the foods they want to eat and try new things

Good point customer service 5 star, service of the food always someone there and always happy to give more so five star. The quality of the food was 10 star if not more, freshly made and taste amazing.

Now to the things that aren't five star, if any. The new lay out is not friendly to begin with but you get use to it. Drinks are done apart from the meal. But the big thing is that don't do bottomless soft drinks for adults anymore.

But with the food being so great I'll happily go back again.

I went there first time
1. The foods were very good before I knew I were having most severe diarrhoea in my lifetime.
2. Oysters on the buffet shelves that have been contaminated Vibrio parahaemolyticus infections. They have been selling it for at least couple of days.
3. I spent $15 dollars for gastro-stop medication after paying the buffet cost of $34.4. I don't think they were deliberately selling raw oysters but the outcome of selling poison oysters left many customers fell ill. They should have sold those oysters in well cooked not raw.
5. It was horrible experience overall.

Sadly the food was abysmal. Luke warm, lacking flavour, overcooked chewy meat and undercooked hard veges.
Not to mention plastic left on the bottom of the dumplings.
There was a fantastic waitress named either Holly or Molly, thank you for listening to some of the tables critiques.
Would strongly suggest to avoid.

Insanely good place to dine in. Delicious buffet menu. Friendly staff. Loved the seafood. One of my best food experiences ever.

Tried the new Charlie's diner tonight. We were shocked by the number of Asians here - at least 70%. Our booking was for 6.45pm, but our table wasn't ready until 7pm. When we went to get our meals, there was no seafood left & they wouldn't be replenishing it for the night - it was only 7.15pm, yet there were hoards of Asians with plates laden with seafood. Won't be returning!

Was really hot when we ate there even though it was pouring with rain outside, some meals were delicious and some were a bit average

Very good! We went Friday and had a good choice of salad, steak, pork, lamb and especially seafood. Where large prawns were on offer as much as you like. All for $19.95 for seniors.
