The customer service is one of the best in rudeness and fast answers: (… bought an item and wanted to return within 1 hour, the sales person made a big fuss about it… never shopping there again…

Third time I have been in, waited at the counter with my goods only for others to walk in after me and get served first. Am I invisible ‍️
Today takes the cake, two customers got served before me when I had been waiting at the counter with my goods. One even walked up to the counter after selecting something from the shelf and came straight up to the counter where I was waiting patiently and was served straight away. No apology from the shop assistants or the other customers. Some customer service training is badly needed in this store!
Ps The two stars are for the products which are great!

Great service from Bianca. She was so lovely and patient with my 9 year old son who came in with a voucher. She definitely went the extra mile to make him feel important

Received fathers day gift from my son and daughter in law which they worked hard for and they thought the box and I thought the box of assorted chocolate nuts was full it was a con the whole box almost to the top was loaded with plastic biggest con job I've seen apart from daylight robbery There was only 10 small packets of nuts

Always forget how bad this place is. I returned today, my mistake. The staff, the same as 3 years ago still as unpleasant. The salted mix I asked for - was smoked! Not salted, I only had noticed when I returned home. I will go to Charlesworth nuts anywhere else in Adelaide, except West Lakes.

Staff was helpful and very patient to deal with. The food is as always very nice and the pricing is ok.
