Charlesworth Nuts

After spending $1800 on baskets to gift my clients on Sunday 10th December being great full that they offer a delivery service, I contact the charlesworth Marion outlet on Tuesday 12th December enquiring when delivery will be occurring only to be told delivery can take up to 1 - 2 weeks. I was not happy. I am then passed onto the manageress who informs me that delivery takes 1-3 days. Had I been informed at the point of purchase of delivery time I would have just purchased and taken all items.
Charleworth nuts has now lost a yearly customer and thank you for embarrassing my business when my clients are gifting me for Christmas and I am now having to purchase alcoholic beverages to share the Christmas spirit.

Maybe in future being upfront with services provided and time frame would be appreciated by customers

The young lady who served me on Sunday was friendly and helpful but omitted in informing me of delivery time.

Good selection of nuts and other goodies. Helpful and friendly salespeople. Just be wary of how they pack some gift baskets. Boxes with clear wrapping which seem to contain much inside. When opened up and nuts removed from the top part of the box which poke out, nothing but air inside the box.

Great selection of nuts, chocolates and gift baskets. Staff are helpful and friendly. I always purchase a fair amount to make it worthwhile with receiving my discount on the entertainment book. Good location. Always busy!

Maggots! Bad quality this time. The dried apricots had maggots. Entire batch in the bin. Usually I have good experiences at Charlesworth and I am a regular so will give 5 stars for service and quality. Not this time. Will update my review when my experience changes.

The service is always super friendly and welcoming, with a varied selection of freshly roasted nuts, consisting of different flavors.

Always enjoy the product of this company. Unfortunately 1 bought 2 products, 1 x chocolate bullets (OK) and 1 x smoked almonds. I don't know how long the almonds have been sitting but they were stale. This is the first time that this has happened. Please check your stock fot freshness. This will not stop me from returning, but I will ask for a sample prior to purchase.
