A truly beautiful shop with a huge selection of fabrics, buttons, fat squares, patchwork equipment. Shop is jam packed with old sewing machines in every nook and cranny.
Charlene was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me choose a piece and fabric and even wrapped my purchase in a piece of fabric. When I unwrapped my parcel there was even a pen inside too. Lovely touches.

We visted as found in Tourism book that a collection of sewing machines were on display in Jamestown. Entered and yes what a display with Elaine giving such history of these machines. But there was more, my husband was spell bout by Wall hangings/ quilting of machinery. We are from New Zealand and have never seen such a availability of this. Thank you Elaine you were so friendly and helpful with a secret of your own that you shared with us also. This made our time in Jamestown something we will always remember.
