Chandlers Hill Vet reviews
38Dr Judy didn't explain what she was doing and why, which leaves room to assume that she prescribed unnecessary treatments using a flawed rationale, rather than addressing the root cause.
It was amazing! The staff were wonderful, putting us, and our fur boy, at ease with a medical emergency. The vet, Anje, was thorough, and explained everything we needed to know.
Would not recommend any other vet more than this place. Incredibly caring and kind staff that have continued to look after our fur baby. Even our Greyhound enjoys his trips to the vet so much he never wants to leave and most times needs to be carried out the door.
Great service and care for our fur babies, process has been smooth and stress free. Thanks guys
Dr Judy clearly enjoys her job. She's very efficient and from my experience, diagnostically spot on. She doesn't overcharge. Lovely person. Has been there forever!
Friendly staff, professional and have the care of your pets at the heart of what they do. I highly recommend taking your pet here for veterinary care.
To the team at CHV, thank you!
Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Serena is easy to understand and really cares.
Wonderful care for my 2 year old Staffy. Very knowledgeable and gentle. Prices are reasonable and follow up visits to check on medication or change a dressing etc are often free.
Vet nurses Alison and Zoe are amazing! Very helpful, informative and educated. Thank you ladies!
Used this practice for 18 months ended up very disappointed. I realise now that how friendly and kind staff appear to be are not necessarily a good measure of the practice.
Wonderful friendly, compassionate staff. I travel to this clinic especially as they actually care about my animals.
Post vet we have ever been to. Honest and reasonably priced. Fantastic follow up. Great service.
The most efficient, professional vet surgery ever! Dr Tim is the most empathetic and compassionate vet, so gentle, kind and thoughtful, has come to our own home twice in 2 years to euthanase our 2 beloved furry family members. The ladies (vet nurses) who attend the front desk are so friendly, kind and helpful. If you love your pet/s as we do, you will not be disappointed with this clinic. Simply amazing and definitely 5 stars from us.
Amazing Was able to have my seen immediately for an issue and they sorted it promptly and with care, thank you thank you
The most friendly, caring and understanding vet ive ever been too. Will not go anywhere else! Highly recommend.
Excellent service provided for my little dogs sore ear, but like all vets seemed very expensive, stopping me from attending follow up appointment. The dog is ok and that is what matters.
We took our beautiful Staffy to this vet. We got in straight away. The vet and staff were amazing. Diagnosed and treated within hour and thank you for going the e tea mile and clipping his nails. The price was surprisingly low for his procedure. And we are now at home with our treasured Chevy who is feeling much better. Cannot speak highly enough about you amazing people at the Vets. Above and beyond you went. Xxx
I took my rabbit there as he was cold and skinny and not eating by himself, I was advised to put him down as he probably wouldn't make it through the night. I decided to take him home and asked for critical care (I had to show them a photo for the vet to understand what I meant. I then took him to the southern animal hospital a couple of days after and was told it was just a stomach problem and to continue critical care and feed him meadow hay he is now acting like his usual self once again. The vet obviously wasn't very knowledgeable about rabbits and didn't know how else to address the situation. I am absolutely disgusted by how little the vet knew about rabbits and that his only advise was to put him down without giving me any insight into his condition other than retelling me the symptoms I brought him in because of.
Always feel confident Dr Judy has my pet's best interest at heart without the up selling and unnecessary extras others "guilt" you into. No nonsense genuine care from this whole practice. Highly recommend.
