Chandlers Hill Surgery

The only practitioner I could get an appointment was Sim Nyomi and her “treatment” was to Google my baby’s problem and sent me the link to my phone so I could treat my baby myself at home, I mean if it was so simple why did she have to Google it? Ridiculous, lack of professionalism and waste of time.

The doctors do not bulk bill. The doctors do not do every day check ups, such as heart beat lungs breathing or blood pressure. This surgery has depleted their service credibility and their integrity after the main doctors partners left the business and sold their interests to new doctors. I was a customer here for 25 years and now so disappointed in their operations.
But the office staff and nurses here are so good. KUDOS TO THEM.

GREAT Surgery. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. The last few years have been challenging, let's be honest, but they have been exceptional. The nurses and doctors are helpful and don't chuck you out when your time is up. However, it is a little pricey.

Was refused service with Clinpath due to my disability and inability to wear a mask safely even though I have a valid exemption form from my Doctor (which I presented to them upon arrival). Was also treated horribly by 2 female staff at the front desk and ridiculed in front of other patients waiting for their appointments. I highly recommend you avoid this place if you also have a disability of any kind. The disability discrimination act clearly means nothing here and you will be treated horrifically. I would hope for am apology after how poorly I was treated today. It left me in tears and ruined my day.

Myself and family can not fault this highly professional service in anyway.
