15 The perfect training place for beginners to lose weight. If you still are thinking about how to start your training, this place will be a good choice for you to start. The trainer will do body check for you to record your body weight, body’s fat, body healthy situation and your muscle weight. They will write an eating diet for you to tell you how much calories you can take every day. So you can do exercises with a healthy meal plan during training time to help you losing weight in a healthy way!
I joined them and lost 13 kg during 10 weeks training time. I have to say they are an amazing team and also responsible for every student in class.
I felt awful in my first workout, but I got Abs when my training finished. You can do that either.
Very happy with my result of 10-week challenge. Friendly, supportive, and professional coach. Fun environment and great people to train with. I will be continuing to attend sessions here.
The ten weeks challenge is a suuuuuuuper efficient program, I lost 8 kilos in 10 weeks and another 5kg after that! ️

It is so so good fitness club that I am in at the moment. I didnot think that I could benefit so much on body work out in 10 weeks changes at beginning, especially fat burning. While, in 7 weeks intake monitoring and body practice, I reached the fitness level- 56 kg of 166cm height. 23%fat remains.
Plus, the coaches are very professional & friendly, the atmosphere at the club is warm and welcome. Highly recommend.

Chloe is a positive and motivated trainer. The program is well balanced with cardio and self weight excercises. I met many people here work so hard under Chloe’s instruction and professional advise. A truely fantastic place to change myself.

The training program is very good for any level of fitness lovers! I definitely love it, as a beginner, the program design fits my body tolerance, it moves smoothly further in each training courses, I can feel the difference of my body and development of body muscles! It has been a great experience being a part of the club's 10 week challenge program. I am inspired by the motivations coming from the coach and classmates and found Chole very helpful in correcting my workout techniques. The supports and advices on sustainable diet and life style change is also very beneficial. I enjoyed it and would highly recommend it to people with any fitness levels and goals.
