Cha Chi's Mexican Cantina

Very authentic and enjoyable Mexican food. Environment was great and serving size was perfect. ¡Una experiencia muy buena!

Didn’t take a photo of the food, but got the front fountain which was pretty! Food was average, wait times were long, the service was quality.

Overall okay experience. Beef in enchiladas was abit dry. Nachos abit too heavy on the guac and cream.

We’ve lived 25+ years in the area and have never been here. The experience was enjoyable, the staff were friendly and the food was good. It was a great Father’s Day experience.

Staff seated us promptly even though we got there before they actually opened. The gentleman who courteously seated us was professional, showed us the menu and got us our drinks without haste. Our starter was brought out very quickly and it was delicious authentic Mexican salsa with chips and it was so yummy. Our main was brought out piping hot and it was utterly to die for! The portions were generous and the food tasted fantastic. The restaurant itself was stunning, the decor felt cosy and we will be back for sure!

Can't believe we've lived so close to Cha Chi's for so long and never tried it! It's incredible! The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. Two of our group were gluten free and everything was done to cater for them (even when they accidentally ordered food containing gluten, the staff were amazing and so understanding). A wonderful experience, lovely decor, not too loud, and generous serves - we shared so we could taste a bit of everything! Will definitely be back soon!

Came with a group of 15 people, half of them complained about the food, many didn’t finish, and I think the rest were just being polite.
I order the cha chi combo.
Many things wrong. The thing on top is like a large spring roll with meat, it was dry and tasteless.
The refried beans, why are they grey?
The sauce on the plate is baked onto the plate, how does that happen?
The rest was either lacking in filling or the wrong flavor, missing spice, poorly cooked or not fresh ingredients.
The lighting is a colorless dim yellow, the surroundings are dusty, one of the murals on the wall is missing a head, how long has it been like that?
And the price is just way too high for something of this quality.

Very good restaurant with the best food. Have tasted a couple of vegetarian dishes. Highly customer oriented and provides best in class service. Also tries their level best to accommodate one's special requests regarding food preparation. Highly recommended.

What a place! Great atmosphere, wonderful staff and the food, my God, the food. Entrees, mains and desserts- not a step wrong. Dont hesitate to check this place out. Very, very reasonable prices for truly authentic dishes.

Had a Chachi combo and curly fries. Curly fries were nice. The flavor of the chachi combo didn't stand out to me. Taco was stale, the enchilada didn't really have the flavor I expected from a lot of legit Mexican food I had in the past and the presentation of the combo wasn't too appealing. Portions are big though so probably could have shared the combo between 2ppl.

I love Cha Chi's but I recently ordered some enchiladas to be delivered. Not sure if it was the fact that it wasn't in the restaurant, but the food was not the same as it used to be. Still a yummy meal, but a tad dry. The flavours were yummy, but not quite. Mexican? For some reason, it tasted Indian? Random. Hope the old recipes come back! I believe in you Cha Chi's - please bring back your old flavour.

Been going there for years. Service and food is great. Love the Enchiladas, Cha Chi's Combo and the Combination Dips. We are always talking to the staff, they are so friendly. Their is always a good wine to be had as well.

Always beautiful food, drinks and attentive staff. We have been a few times previously and noticed this time the food came out in a staggered fashion.with one of us being served, then the others ten minutes later. Not great when one person's food grows cold while waiting for the rest of the table to be served.
Otherwise a great place to eat!

Worst Mexican food in Adelaide. I went there for the all you can eat. It was slop on a plate, lacked flavour and the service was average. The hard shells and nachos were bought and tasted stale. The style of the place is old and tacky.

Had a great night at Cha Chi’s. The food was really tasty and fresh. Customer service was top notch and the place has a great atmosphere! Highly recommend!

The warm cheese dip and shared fajitas are excellent. But add to that the amazing mango margaritas = delish!

The restaurant is classy enuf for a wedding, it has numerous large rooms so social distancing is easy and the food is scrumptious, mild or hot as you like AND they have an all you can eat deal for $25. Also the staff are so friendly & helpful

Excellent Mexican restaurant! Lovely staff, good range on the menu, decent range of cocktails. Only concern is parking, but a fantastic job on the decor that welcomes you inside.

Real tasty food. Every time I go, I always get a nice meal. So much better than other mexican franchises in adelaide. Prices aren't too bad either but rest assured that what you pay does give good portions.

You'll be greeted by the aroma of stewed meat floating through the air the moment you set foot in the restaurant. Your eyes then adjust to the dim room and the ethnic decor meets unfolds. The food reflects the culture and is colourful and tasty. Down to earth Mexican fare with friendly staff really made my day. 4 stars for a thoroughly enjoyable evening.
