Over priced and unless you want to wait 30 days for your car I'd recommend finding an alternative way to relocate your car

I loved to track my cars on the website and they come safely, I just wish they come faster!

Vehicle arrived on time and in one piece from Melbourne. Their staff rushed me to do a check, didnt prompt me to look at roof despite this being a large van. 2 days later I noticed a large dent on roof. No way this was me because I only drove it straight back to our warehouse. Checked with car dealer first, heard back from them that they and Ceva run checks before dispatching so definitely occurred in transit. So by the time I heard back from car dealerit was 4-5 days after I picked up van from Ceva, by which time I had still barely driven it anywhere (definitely no where that could further dent roof). Raised it with Ceva with a photo taken 3 days after van was picked up and they are very hard to get any response out of. The one response I got was them totally washing their hands of it and saying because I didnt notice at pickup (which their attendant rushed me at) that they cant do anything about it. Have learned my lesson and will always check above and under vechicles at pickup. However from a large, supposedly reputable company you would expect more support and responsibility. Especially given this is the third time I have used them already and likely to require more services in future however unlikely to use Ceva now due to their lack of good faith in resolving this issue

Left high and dry without a car in a new state because they couldn't deliver on what they promised.

My car came with throttle unplugged, my SAAS throttle controller was missing. It cost me over $1500 to have new accelerate paddle replaced.

I wouldn't recommended this service.

The mixed reviews for CEVA had me a little concerned heading into transporting my pride and joy from Melbourne to Adelaide. Personally used the open carrier standard service, Vehicle was transported DAYS ahead of schedule and arrived exactly as delivered, and I checked thoroughly. The portal updates were clear and the depots were helpful throughout the process. Thankyou kindly to the CEVA team in Melbourne and Wingfield, id employ you again in a heartbeat!

I utilised ceva to transport my vehicle from Sydney to Perth. The website suggested this would take approximately 3 weeks. Once booked the ETA was immediately 5 weeks, which I thought must be absolute worst case scenario. In the interim I was forced to hire a car at great expense. The car travelled from sydney to adelaide in about a week then sat in Adelaide for more than 3 weeks. I called them daily requesting updates as nothing was forthcoming on the tracking info. The offshore call centre tried, but the language barrier caused difficulties. They couldn't provide any information accept to say they will contact the operaions manager, who wasn't forth coming. In my experience the vehicle tracking info wasn't up to date either. I eventually received my car in perth just over 6 weeks.

If I could give less stars I would. My fuel tank had just over a quarter of a tank when it got loaded on the truck in Perth. I was told the car was only driven to load the car on and off trucks etc. Fuel tank was bone dry in Adelaide so someone along the way has siphoned my tank. There was nothing in my ash tray but that had been left open as well so assuming someone decided to have a look for cash too. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

CEVA transported car from NT to SA, I booked online, given up to 2 weeks for transportation, it took 3 days once collected from NT depot. Great, but then somewhere in transit either loading in NT during transporting or offloading in SA the car was damaged. The drivers door handle arrived hanging off, taped up by the people here at CEVA Adelaide, now told 2 days and I'd be contacted for insurance to repair, after a week can't get hold of anyone is not answering phone and return email says they're too busy to get back to me. I have a car now I can't enter through the drivers door. I either have to leave window down to open door or enter via passenger side. What turned into a good service initially has turned into something I don't know when will end. CEVA Adelaide washed their hands of it saying it's up to CEVA insurance to remedy, so I have to wait til they want to remedy before I can even transfer the car. Absolutely terrible service in the end.

"UNETHICAL! Not to be trusted. "
Sprayed my car with water, just seconds before parking at reception for my inspection. This effectively disguised more than a dozen 3mm dints on one panel. All hidden by the streaming and shimmering water. So, I trustingly signed off on the paper work. 20 minutes later, at home, when the car had dried off, I saw the damage immediately. I suspect a loose tie-down strap & buckle had been hammering the side of the car for the entire trip but they denied responsibility because I had failed to see the damage (hidden under the water spray) before the release paper work was signed. I think this might be e technique employed on more than one occasion!
I didn't think to carry a chamois in my pocket for such an event! So.if you take delivery of a wet car from CEVA.be extremely careful before signing away you rights to compensation.

Ceva was recommended as an option for transport as they are a bigger company with a larger fleet and could get my vehicle quicker especially depot to depot. This is not the case. My pride & joy was sitting in the interstate depot for almost 1 week after it was dropped off to which I was very annoyed to say the least, why set a drop off date 1 week in advance and not let people know? Then when I called they said the Express option is not available “due to covid” - another thing you only speak to stupid overseas call centre which has the same dumb responses. Online tracking which was inclusive in the cost was pretty much non existent as well so if you have a nice vehicle that you want transported in a reasonable timeframe forget it. If you want to drop it off and forget about it then go for it. Arrived in once piece which was good (despite some other reviews). The guys at the Adelaide depot were awesome though!

CEVA Adelaide should get Zero rating (0), Very poor professional work and worst customer service. I have shipped my vehicle from Perth to Adelaide on 1st April. It was okay with standard time taken 7 days. However, receptionist did not informed that the vehicle pick up time will closed at 3: 30 pm and there was no any updates and time tables in the CEVA websites was showing it will close at 4 pm. As I was sure that the office is closing at 4pm operations, when I reached CEVA office by 3: 40 pm. Receptionist told that they have closed and the staff has already left office and there is nobody to move the vehicle and it cannot be taken out, they asked customer to come next day. While requesting to staff, they did not tried to listen to customer feedback and the closing time was not informed to customer before. Receptionist was talking rudely and unprofessional hospitality. I have been using CEVA service for more that 2 times being the old customer, I will not recommend to anyone for now onwards.

New driver. Got bogged on my property, fairly clueless.
An Indian gentleman, and an Indian boss, I believe, after speaking on the phone to him. The very 1st thing the boss said to me, indeed, before the obligatory pleasantries, was to try and BLAME ME for them getting bogged, thus trying to put the onus on me to fix and pay for the situation. In fact, the driver didn't listen to my suggestion.
They wanted me to use my old Toyota Ute 4wd to unbog an 8? Ton truck, you've gotta be kidding.
They were saying anything to avoid paying the cost of getting out of the bog.
Eventually I was able to arrange a heavy tow vehicle, (I might add that I didn't need to help them anyway, and I almost walked away after the rudeness of the boss) and the driver of the tow truck, having had similar dealings with these type of people in the past, prudently required payment before hitching up to the tow vehicle. Prior to assisting CEVA with this tow truck, another local I spoke to didn't want to help, as his comment was, simply.they won't pay. Of course, the point came, where they had to pay the tow truck driver.
I've had to repair my land with no offer of compensation.
Will never use them again.

Do not keep their word for insuring a car against any damage I received a car with a broken winding mechanism and CEVA did not honor the warranty to fix the damage they caused.
