Had a damaged vanity as daughter dropped soap container on it smashing it, the experienced staff were able to just get a replacement top saving me a few hundred dollars. Also decided to buy a new tap as their prices were very good.

Extremely helpful staff, great range and prices, so much so they will be renovating our bathroom.

My husband decided to renovate our bathroom, doing all the grunt work himself. We used a tiler, plumber and electrician for anything needing a compliance certificate but saved a fortune on the rest. Helping us to keep the price down was made easier when we met Karen and Dave in Beyond bathrooms. Almost everything we wanted was available here, be it tiles, vanity, tap wear and sundries. Their prices are more than reasonable and advice was free and invaluable. Highly recommend this business.

Had an issue with faulty tap it was out of manufacturers 1 year warranty and I thought I would have to start quoting Australian consumer laws but no they were sorry to hear of fault and arranged replacement in a timely manner. But wait that's not all. Had a fault with tap again just out of warranty, no problem they replaced it again!
Will recommend them to everyone.

Was looking for a specific tile that no one had except Beyond Bathrooms. I was in Vic and they are in SA. Karen the salesperson went out of her way to help me.organising the tiles and the freight. It arrived within 12 hours of being transported. Appreciated the help and the fact the tiles were well protected and recieved in good order.would highly recommend them

Fantastic customer service and product knowledge. Dave recently tiled our home floors and we couldn't be happier with it. Their showroom is huge with everything you need for a bathroom renovation. We will be going back to get our bathroom products from here in the future. Highly recommended!

Customer service is ok, don't order if they don't have it though, then communication breaks down and you'll be waiting with excuses. Tiles are good quality although we bought Italian so I'd expect that anyway.

Bought a vanity a few months ago, opened over Easter weekend and found it to be not soo good, but Karen & Dave were amazing about replacing it, no questions asked 'Under Warranty' and happily exchanged it over for us. Great couple to deal with, highly recommend them and their business.

We looked around at most of the well known bathroom stores before visiting Ceramic World - Beyond Bathrooms at Wingfield.

Whereas at the major stores we seemingly treated as just another customer, at Beyond Bathrooms, being a small family company, the help we received was nothing short of exceptional. They even stayed back past their closing time to help us finalise our selection of fittings, something I can't ever imagine happening at the big stores. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble.

All our chosen bathroom fittings and tiles were promptly ordered and delivered on time. We couldn't recommend Dave, Karen and Steph at Beyond Bathrooms more highly.

We are up-grading our bathroom and we're so happy we found Ceramic World Beyond Bathrooms 2000 at 56-58 Wing Street Wingfield. Dave and Karen, owner operators, have been so honest, professional, helpful, friendly and informative and on every visit, gone out of their way to give us the best advice at the best price.
