Just looking at all the negative comments here. I think that's really wrong and I just had my IELTS exams. It was a great experience, the staff were great and really helpful. Before the exam started the examiner even had music playing to make us all relax. Before each section, clear instructions were provided and even before the listening test, the examiner tested the sound and asked us all if the volume was right.

On the test day
There was no navigation for the exam hall. I couldn't enter the place. I even tried calling the student services no one responded.
Overall, it was such a waste of time for me.
I would not recommend this place

I took a recent test in CELUSA and there was only impression after I finished my test. That was TERRIBLE. I was quite disappointed with the loud speaker quality because its quality was extremely low. Also, when the examiners saw me in the speaking room, she burst into laughing without no reason. I had no idea but I will report it to Cambridge University for this disturbing behavior and quality of loud speakers.

Professional and cooperative team, helped me for some serious re-arrangements in regards to my IELTS exam, only 2 days to the test date. I called them with absolute no hope (based on experience of around 6 IELTS tests I took in my home country!) but what they did was beyond customer care. Writing this here is the least I can do. DO NOT come to this institution if you got a choice. They are only focusing on your money, not your education. I've been surprised UniSA allow then running the business this way, kind disappointed for me.

They try their best to trick the students and fail them so they can get more money. They don’t care about the students at all. Also, the manager Gary doesn’t respect the international students at all! Highly don’t recommend it.

Just there for making money. Not a fair organisation. Helping and motivating people towards PTE.
