Central Market Gourmet reviews
11It's changed so much, unfortunately, too many eateries, its lost what it was designed to be. Now, with the new building happening, it makes it rather cramped.
So many snacks and fresh produce and the freshly cooked variety of lunches was delicious and def a place I’d like to come back to! So many vegan options and the market area is probably the most busy area in the whole of Adelaide. Highly recommend if visiting
Blackebys Sweet shop at the Central Market. The only place I know where you can get Fig Noyeau which is a
decadent fruity fig and almond slice which is delicately coated with a light fondant. A childhood favourite which holds many sentimental memories for me. Also a picture of their current Easter display.
The Central Markets are an Adelaide institute. An absolute must whether you live here or are visiting. Park next door, or travel by tram.
There is everything! Every produce you can think of. The absolute freshest. The absolute tastiest! And all at a great price. The CM rocks!
Very nice market! There are so many varieties of shops including fresh fruits and vegetables, many cafes etc.you get the local shopping feel. I would like to go at-least once in a week.
Love the new Market Stall counter.the hub for all Adelaide Central Market info you'd like to know.lovely merch they have. Friendly staff that's so willing to help and answer your queries.
One of the must see in Adelaide, I love the atmosphere, also they have really fresh vegetables and fruit with very reasonable price compared to supermarket
Had a great feed and time at the central markets! It’s amazing how many different varieties of Asian food are available here! It took a while to pick one but every stall was busy so I reckon the food is good everywhere here. It was fun walking around and seeing different types of food that I wouldn’t see anywhere else in the city. A must go!
Better than a lot of markets I’ve been to in Europe or America. Fabulous array of fruit, veg, cheese, bread and other goodies. Photos aren’t great as they are screen shots of video footage. Wish these markets were near where I live!
Very nice place to visit and buy some fresh fruit and vegetables. You can try also many different foods like Chinese Thai etc.
