Ceduna Shelly Beach Caravan Park & Beachfront Villas

All sites are large and have a good amount of privacy from next door. We stayed for just over 2 weeks. The site is always clean. The amenities are cleaned daily. Pets are welcome. The beach is just a short walk over the dunes. We had the beach pretty much to ourselves for the whole time we were there and when there were other people there you could walk a couple of minutes and find your own spot. Perfect for dogs that love to run free. Far enough from Ceduna to not be bothered by the locals, but close enough to reach for supermarket and bakers.

Lovely spot and the mangers are lovely people.

We will be returning.

After my car broke down I stayed here for a week. What was seemingly a stressful time for me was made fantastic by everyone that works here. The staff are all fantastic and took away a lot of the panic I was feeling. It’s also so close to the beautiful beach

This is the best laid out caravan park we have ever stayed in. Big private sites, numerous ablution blocks and easy access over the sand dunes to the beach.

We hark from WA and recently had our 6th stay here (two stays per trip as we pass through Ceduna). We often have reason to stay beyond an overnighter so have a reasonable handle on the place and how it's run. This is the place to stay if you're in Ceduna. Not too far out of town but away from the madding crowd! Back road past the airport leading almost straight to the entrance lets travellers to and from further east gain easy access to Shelly Beach Caravan Park. Road from town is good too. Trust us, it's worth the short drive. Toilet/shower facilities are set up as separate units giving exceptional privacy to users. Obviously things might get a bit busy with those facilities in holiday times but at all others access is fine.especially if parked nearby. It's almost an en-suite situation for one or two sites. We have our favourite when it's available! We have also used the cabins and although the one we used was a little squashy in the dining area it was otherwise fine and in very good order. We'd be happy to use it again.
The park has changed hands recently but the friendliness and helpfulness hasn't changed. Obliging and personable are bywords here. The facilities are very well kept but a few minor fixes and tweaks were needed. Just a bit of catch-up but otherwise all good. You can even stay in digs over the dune behind, with immediate access to the beach and a very good outlook. Even from the rest of the park it's a short hop to the beach. Cost-wise, not the cheapest especially for pensioners like us. But you get what you pay for. For us, it's value! If you don't enjoy your stay here you'd be very hard to please!

Stayed at Shelly Beach Caravan Park on the way over from WA to NSW. Was a wonderful park with excellent bay and ensuite. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Booked the same bay for a 2 night stay on the way home. If we're ever here again I would not hesitate to stay here. Thank you very much!

An amazing coastal site. Stayed up on the sand dunes and really loved it. Ammenities are so clean it was a pleasure to be there. Reception very helpful and no problems with any issues. We will certainly be recommending this to other travelers that we come across

Stayed in powered site, toilets and showers spotless. Great amenities and also spotless. Staff are all happy, professional and extremely helpful. Highly recommend for a place to stay for a day or more. We stayed 4 days and loved, loved loved it

Ladies has a full length mirror. Wow.

This has to be one of the best caravan parks we've stayed in. If more parks were like this we would stay in them more often.
Large sites with great shrubs and privacy. Feels like a bush camp. Facilities are immaculate and having ensuite style bathrooms is great.

Just spent 1/11/22 - 8/1/23 staying here, beautiful friendly staff, very nice BBQ area, clean amenities, walk to the beach, fresh figs & grapes (when in season), fish cleaning/cooking area, love this place!

Stayed just the one night at a pet friendly cabin. What an absolute awesome cabin. So clean, so nice. Even saw a pet photographer's card in reception which would have been awesome if I was staying more than tonight and knew there was one in town. Awesome cabin.

After working away periodically for 12 months I have called Shelly Beach Caravan Park eco cabin home. The amenities, cleanliness, friendliness of staff and general ambiance of the entire park is exemplary. Thanks Anna and Browny for your hospitality. I can’t recommend this park enough. A must if you are travelling west.

It ok. Units have no toilet/bathroom in the rooms so it makes getting up in the middle of the night most annoying, especially in winter. Bit of a walk to the beach buts its Lovely.
