Ceduna Airport Caravan Park reviews
33Good roomy van park. Amenities are outdated but clean and that is what matters. You are free to park your van where it suits you. The laundry facilities are great. Steve the owner is very obliging to your needs. We have stayed here 5 times on our way to WA and back. It is a gem and we feel very safe staying here instead of in the town area.
Big sites, great price, good service, Amenities good, location good, older style park but clean and large sites highly recommend
Half showers don't work pool was dirty and had dead mice so couldn't use it, for $35 per night needs some work
Good value, large drive through bays and lots of them, choose your own. Old but very clean ablutions and great showers. Also has a swimming pool.
The dirtiest place ever, super old and run down. $25/night for a site, fairly cheap but still not even worth it. Also didn’t feel very safe at night
Very tired & run down to be honest didn't quite feel safe either, To me stuck in a quagmire of being a workers accommodation and a tourist accommodation cleanliness is way below par i don't know how you handled the Covid pandemic with all the extra precautions everyone had to take, But neither to say it looks like nothing like that had ever taken place.
Steve the manager was most helpful giving us a site late on a Saturday night on a long weekend, also moving our van the next day (our vehicle had broken down).
The park has many drive through sites so you don't need to unhook.
This is a budget park.
It has what you need. Steve is pleasant and helpful, good prices. Good stop-over spot, no unhitching drive through sites. Very clean amenities and plenty of sites.
The review below is very disrespectful to Steve and completely inappropriate and incorrect. I am a single woman who has stayed at this caravan park for extended periods of time while stranded at Ceduna. Steve has been nothing but helpful and professional. He is respected and spoken of highly, by all of the park's long-termers that I have spoken to - female and male. This park is a great budget-stay and I recommend it.
My experience with the owner Steve was a very scary one. If you are a single woman or staying with another woman do not stay there. We came to Ceduna for work purposes and Steve was so frightening. We actually got wolf creek vibes from Steve. The parking bay would have been safer.
Women do not stay here. Warning. Warning. Sleep in your car. This place is an absolute health and safety hazard.
Enjoyed my time here, really relaxing little family owned and run spot. Kale (the owners nephew) was a top bloke- I'd stop in again just to talk about music with him.
Comfortable stay. Love the industrial driers in the laundry. Power and sullage good. Older amenities but always clean. Good hot showers.
Not very good but it is cheap if you want to do Ceduna on a budget no meals available and staff not very friendly.
Most disgusting place I have ever seen, should be shut down. It doesn’t deserve 1 star
The carpet was rotten and could not get the smell out of my head. The beds looked disgusting, the whole room was putrid. Never seen anything like it
Couldn't ask for a better experience, needed a room at late notice, great rates. Very warm welcome. Will be back on my way east
Thabk you
Great park. Stayed there several times. Old style by very clean amenities. Nice concrete level pads. Close to town. Reasonably priced.
Wont stay again. Yes you get what you pay for. It was a case of pay, pick a site if you work out the layout, ablutions are dated yes but so dark and water went everywhere. Very open and dusty just wasn't a comfortable park to stay at.
Great value for money.
The staff were incredibly kind & courteous and very helpful during a difficult situation we were in.
Not the most modern and spruced out joint but has character and charm.
Thanks
I cant believe the foreshore caravan park is rated higher than this airport caravan park. The foreshore has small bays and all bunched together. This caravan park has spacious bays, with our car to fit twice over, they have some bays with carport cover, cement slabs offered on most. The man in office helped me out as i had no bankcard until day after, so i left my passport.how nice is that.
I love that we hear country trains at night and aeroplanes during the day. The toilets and showers are well maintained. Yes, there were some moths but its the lights to blame for that people.the cleaner somehow made them all vanish the day after anyway, what a legend. The camp kitchen has 3 small parts which i think is ideal, so if watching t.v, there is no-one disturbing you. It is very small but it has what you need to get things done if need be. The laundry has 5 washer machines, 2 large, also 3 enormous dryers all in working order. Its one caravan park that you should stay at, if you like the outdoors and you dont mind a dust gust, and they also have a bath tub Its no 5star hotel, but first caravan park i have seen a bathtub, in a bathroom,
all to yourself
