Castle plaza Subway

Talking about my experience at this store, it was amazing. The food was delightful and I thoroughly enjoyed the food, what made it even better was the kind staff.
The staff really helped me in picking up the best ingredients and sauces which added more to the taste. What is more, the offer that I received of getting a cookie, made everything more tempting. Their services added a positive touch to my visit, making it all more enjoyable. It was a satisfying experience and I Look forward to more visits in the future!

Food is good but the service and atmosphere has gone downhill. The guy with the longer hair (Cameron I think is his name) brought a smile and a cheer to the front counter but we hardly see him any more. He was quick and efficient and his subways held together well. The other staff are all too serious and not friendly.

Food is great - love a sub sandwich
Service is average because the staff really don't sound like they want to be there.
Atmosphere is well.basically a sandwich shop in a plaza.and it's really not the fantastic.

5 pieces of spinach a sprinkle of lettuce my footlong was flat I had ham and salad (you wouldn’t know) the girl who served me was rude, unfriendly and unprofessional today 11/7/23 lunch time

Disgusted to see so many flies on the bench where they assemble the sandwiches, flies inside the salad area and even on their overhead lit menu area.
The bloke had already started making it so I didn't feel right about canceling my order. Have a fragile person I was buying it for, so when I took it back home and told them what I had seen they just binned the sandwich.
Also the other worker was reaching to get stuff from the salad section and his sleeve was getting into my sandwich being prepared
Total waste of my time and money. I demand a refund. As it's only fair.
If you want good /regular clientele you will definitely need to up your game.
The most important aspects of a food business are hygiene, food safety, food handling and the welfare of your clients, no good just having a fancy shop

This is my second review because it is appropriate. I was served by Cameron this morning and got great customer service. I got my usual sub which I love and then he filled me in on two new products returning to the store. Cameron always does great and has great product knowledge. No wonder I keep coming back for this efficient and effective service. Well Done Cameron 5 stars

I went in right before closing time and instead of being annoyed, the polite young lady there kindly smiled and made small talk while putting together an epic sub. Proper class act:)

Ordered a meatball sub from door dash for morning tea and within 30 minutes of eating I had full blown food poisoning. Just called them to let them know for other people's benefit (not asking for a refund) and the girl completely dismissed me and said it wasn't possible. Very immature way of handling that situation.

Exemplary customer service! The lady who served me and my mother yesterday afternoon was warm, friendly and professional, and the food was tasty. I was also sitting in store enjoying my sandwich when a man who I presume was a store manager or perhaps the owner who arrived and began to train these two young staff members on how to use the coffee machine. As a former food and hospitality worker, I was very impressed with the quality of his training - he seemed very passionate about what he was teaching, and was very accommodating and patient with the boys. A very small thing to take note of, but it was just wonderful to see. Overall a great experience!

First time going on uber eats for this subway and not a single thing was correct. This is in no way uners fault as it's the restaurants place to make sure the order is correct. Didn't bother with a refund BC they know that with uber it's a huge mess around so they don't mind messing up your order.

Delicious! The person in charge of the shift here (management I should think) was really nice. Didn’t get her name but she was short and had short fair hair. Visit: March, 2020.

Sunday shopping dropped in for lunch
Excited to see the new Subway store located in the mall. BUT.
The absolute worste subway store I have been to. Some of the ingredients were not fresh,
Cucumber bitter & soft
Lettuce was browning & had tiny insects in it
Service was not good either

Food was incredibly fresh and the service was excellent. Very kind and welcoming staff. I will definitely be visiting again soon!

I recently came into the new castle plaza subway and was shocked to the level of service I was provided with. Great service and food and so pleased to see it back in the shopping centre!
