Casanova Crash Repairs

They might be doing well but the waiting time for crash repair is almost 4 months - February 2024. Sadly, That's not good enough for me!

They are one of the few authorized BMW body shops in Adelaide. I had an accident and called them and they not only were happy to fix the car but they also helped me in how to deal with everything in the moment of the accident. The ladies are fantastic and very friendly. My car took 2 months to fix, but it looks brand new, so it's worth every hassle.
They also offered me a loan car for 600 dollars during this period, so I was happy with that.

Have dealt with on a few occasions.the team has always been helpful and accommodating and provide great suggestions if they themselves don't do a certain type of job.

I had someone hit my BMW and did not leave a note. Casanova helped with a realistic estimate and clear explination of the work needed, and then were kind enough to provide an alternative to just touch up and polish the scrape. They even gave me a small bottle of matching paint for free. High recommend and will be back if I need to use them.

These guys did a great (and quick) job fixing up my work vehicle after an unfortunate kangaroo became best friends with my front bumper. The process was easy all the way through and my car was nice and clean when I picked it up.

Had repair work done 2 years ago and it was quite good and happy with the result. They were quite professional and went to great lengths to help.

Recently I called to ask for a spoiler Respray on my Lexus RX and the guy I spoke to over the phone was rather short and I felt brushed off. It’s a bit disappointing. Fair enough that the respray can’t be done on the car but there was no suggestion as to what else I could do to fix the problem.

I've had to bring my car here twice after accidents, and the team have been very helpful and professional each time. When I had my last accident I called them as soon as my insurance was sorted; there was no hesitation in going back to them.

Thoroughly recommend this repairer. Had major hail damage from last year and these guys were fantastic. Offered a loan car at n/c for the last week or so while mine was being repaired and got the car back in absolute mint condition. If you driver a reasonably new or even just a car that to you is more than "just a car" then these are your team!
