What a fantastic B&B. Had everything we needed for a great stay, including comfy beds, well stocked fresh breakfast provisions. Clean and tidy, excellent quality fit out and spacious. Will definitely return.

We had absolutely everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and feeling like it was our second cosy home. We would recommend wholeheartedly!
Also, it would be great if you had a pet in tow.

Clean, great communication and extraordinarily exquisite. Our stay was as pleasant and beautiful as could be. Lovely extras like Brekky and bathrobes. Such a treat! Only wished our stay was longer!

I dont usually stay at B&Bs, but I was really surprised with this one.
The decor is older but classic. Extremely clean throughout.
Everything you need is here.
I chose to have the cooked breakfast and I gather because of covid, it was all supplied in my room for me to cook.
But I had everything.bacon, eggs, bread, baked beans, sausages, hash browns, cereal, coffee and teas.
I was given slices, bottled water, a bottle of wine, small bottles of juices and more.
You get fresh robes to wear.
It has e erything you need plus more.
It is situated on an envious piece of beautiful green land, surround with Pines and many other flora.
I will be staying here again and bringing my wife, this time was for work, but even if I'm coming back for work, I will stay here.
It is not directly in town but not far, only a $12 cab fare if you want to have a few drinks with dinner.

So much more than a cottage.
The property was sparkling clean, comfortable beds. The extensive garden within which each cottage is situated is truly beautiful. We even mucked the owners around through our own inattention to something and they were amazingly patient and polite. I would highly recommend this property. The caves and the large Naracoorte Lake are fabulous as is the Art Gallery and Shearing collections. I think you need two nights miniumum.

I dont have words to describe this amazing cottage. It was clean, everything was there, not so far from mt gambier, next time if i visit mt gambier, i will def.stay here n go mt gambier. Feels like home. Highly recommended.

Very clean bed and breakfast cottage. It has everything you want and then some. Plenty breakfast products were included so much so we couldnt eat it all! Massive verandah around the cottage with bbq was very good. The wifi was great we didnt hear the kids complain once.

Top class cottages. Beautifully appointed in a lovely setting. Still great after many years of coming here.

Great place to stay. Spacious accomodation with lounge, dining and kitchen. Our cottage had two large bedrooms a bathroom with shower and seperate spa bath. There was also a laundry. Lots of space between the cottages so it felt very private. There is a carport and a wrap around veranda with seating and BBQ. Also loved the fact wine, chocolate, snacks and breakfast were provided!

We had a wonderful holiday. The accommodation was lovely. It was so peaceful. It was such a pleasure to be able to spend some time here.

Peaceful, relaxing and suited for family and pet. Good information layout of the place and clean.

Friendly staff (even Toby the dog), clean (better than other pet let accommodations), toddler friendly, kitchen has pots & pans that are clean to use, air conditioner that is clean and functional. Cottage is inviting, relaxing and has good information for guest. Couch is good and not sagging-no back problems with this one!

Carolynne’s cottage is a beautifully presented cottage with magnificent grounds that are very well kept. The cottage is amazing for it’s price and has so many complimentary foods and drinks she has even made cakes, slices, chocolates and many more things. The cottage has a very cute veranda looking into the beautiful grounds. At the back of the cottage there is a BBQ.over all my stay at the magnificent cottage was amazing and that is why I will be coming back to stay soon.

Great location close to the naracoorte caves. Friendly host and comfortable accommodation. Luckily they had air conditioning and bed warmers as it was a bit chilly in the evening. Highly recommended if you're driving the coastal road to Melbourne.

The cottages are just gorgeous - we had an amazing stay. There is so much to do right on the doorstep - the caves, swimming lake, tiny train and more - and it’s also really lovely just to walk around the stunning gardens at the cottages too. Carolynn is so welcoming and made us feel right at home. Thanks so much.

Good clean accommodation. Handy for Naracoorte while being far enough out to be private and quiet.
