Can’t go wrong with Mark, a true professional.

My car was unfortunately broken into and stolen. I recovered the vehicle a short time later, however “trashed” would be an understatement.
Mark from CarGroomers was an immense help and did a bang up job in making the car look brand new again. Clear communication, fast response time and fantastic quality of service at a fair price.
11/10 would recommend.

I've sat on this for a few days to determine whether to write this review given all the 5 star ratings. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Mark was friendly and on time, however, when the job was finished I had to pick Mark up on a couple of things which he attempted to address, however, when I checked the next day in better light, none of the small compartments had been cleaned, the windscreen had streaks inside, in between the the front seats not done properly, back of seats not done, stains on seats came back when the seats dried, door compartments not done, boot still in need of a decent vacuum. I ended up having to re-do it all myself as I just didn't have the time nor energy to call Mark back. At $195 for a full detail, I expected better. Just like everything else, if you want the best job done, best to do it yourself.
