I had the pleasure of working with Kayleigh from Careerlink. She was supportive, gave me advice when I needed help, and was prompt at responding to any of my queries. When my contract was coming to an end, she was proactive in supporting my needs for ongoing work. I did find a permanent position at another government organisation, and Kayleigh provided me with career/HR advice with that too, even though I had applied privately. I cannot recommend Careerlink highly enough. Kayleigh was assigned my case and we had many phone conversations during which time we discussed my resume, my experience, my abilities, what sort of job role I was wanting, and what sort of hours I was wanting to work. She was proactive in alerting me to possible job roles that might interest me, and the only delay in putting me forward for those job roles was waiting for my Working With Children police check to come back. Once I got that, I was immediately put forward for a position, and secured the job following an interview.
While Kayleigh was on holiday, Georgina looked after me in the same keen, interested and sympathetic manner and was quick to alleviate any concerns I had during the application stage. She genuinely shared in my joy when I was successful (I made her laugh when I squealed in glee!)
