Their Brazilian Jiu-jitsu trainer is world class. If you want to compete professionally or just get a taste for what it would be like to step inside the ring. Then come give them a go, you won't be disappointed.
They are all amazing, friendly people. They will teach you everything you would like to know and they are always there to push you to be the best version of yourself. Its a very good gym and anyone who is interested should go
