Great staff.great workplace.some of the helpful staff i ever worked with

Absolute legends work in the corporate services at Cara!
My son needed support and i received the pack and phone calls from their on boarding team, Cara connect, Finance and operations manager who were great support. I had visibility and full transparency of care workers, costs and flexibility to choose from various programs/ products they have! I recommend this company highly to any other parents, people looking for support with disability.

Bullying At management level. Unprofessional and inappropriate. Pay rate low.staff who abuse clients are not sacked, just moved to another service.

In response to CARA’s reply I want to say that I can name the person in question, I can name the services this person was moved to, I can name the person who witnessed and reported the abuse to HR.
I also personally witnessed another client being abused by the same person and reported it to the manager of that particular service.
My claim is far from being unfounded and is actually based on facts.
As I understand, this particular abusive staff member is still working for CARA at yet another service.
. If necessary I am prepared to stand by my claims in the court of law.

Twice this person was reported To management and moved to another service.what more can anyone do?

Do not trust this company, they are only are interested in money, not caring for children, my child died whilst in their care, due to their negligence.
