Today I met a very rude and rasist girl who I greeted she ignored me then she served me a medium chips when I ordered Jumbo chips I asked her why she is giving me a wrong size she said that it’s Jumbo she was lucky I was in hurry I could punch her in the face

Food is absolutely disgusting hot chips from here and ended up throwing them all away they were just plain and stale not eating here ever again

I recently visited this chicken shop and unfortunately, it was a letdown. The chicken was overcooked and dry, lacking any flavor or seasoning. The fries were undercooked and tasted like they were reheated multiple times. The service was slow, and the staff seemed disinterested and unfriendly. The overall atmosphere was dull and uninviting. I won’t be returning anytime soon. Definitely not worth the visit or the price.

I know that Friday nights are a bit busy, but please take time to drain your potato fritters, [ there was at least a spoon of fat in the bag] and the fish was full of fat, that tells me that your fat was not hot enough, So Please Slow Down, cook the good food as you used to. This meal has totally left me feeling sick.

Ordered 2 extra extra well done, double cooked chicko rolls with a little plain salt. We were running late so didn't have time to go back. Both were only just luke warm and u der cooked. I've had this happen before and Always ask for double cooked so that rheu are fully cooked and hot inside. Not going back again

Waited about 20 minutes for small chips & 2 crumbed sausages while everyone who ordered after me received their food when asked about my order was told they had given it to someone else not sure why they gave numbers when I received my order sausages were burnt and oil ridden

Been coming here for years and have never been disappointed, the customer service is very friendly and welcoming. The food is always excellent. 10/10 definitely recommend.

The food here is disgusting I will never order from here again not even if you pay me to eat it would I ingest their food.

Found it a bit odd that I had to tell them how to make a fritter roll. It tasted good but the potato fritter has to be one big one, not several little ones

Greedier and greedier by the day, owners writing higher prices on pieces of paper and slapping it over precious prices on the menu boards almost weekly, 23 cent surcharge for ANY eftpos purchase now? They just picked a random arbitrary number and put it on literally every purchase.
The prices of whole chickens is almost always wrong on the front sign and they just break the news to you when you go to buy.
A lot of picky things that I’d be okay with letting slide if it wasn’t extremely underwhelming food.

My favourite takeaway shop to go to! Plenty of seats whilst waiting for your meal. The store is neat and clean, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Food is always great. Our top picks are chips and gravy with cheese, chicken chippies, and hamburgers with the lot. Absolutely scrummy and delicious

Staff are friendly, polite, and absolutely fantastic with my kids! Forever smiling and wonderful customer service. Even when they're in the middle of a hectic rush, the Captain Chicken & Seafood Team will always greet you with a smile!

Food is good, not oily or greasy. Good range of salads and they don't skimp on servings. Reasonable prices. Staff has always been pleasant never had a problem or complaint. Worth it, only thing us delivery costs, it's pricey so if you can phone order from website, and pick up yourself. One thing they could do, although clean, needs a spruce up, but don't we all. Worth giving it a go. Cheers.

Sorry but the hot chips were the wost I've ever had. Asked for double fried. They were soggy and undercooked. We don't often get hot chips anywhere but Soto's, Semaphore
Won't be back

Asked for the 2 large chickens for $19 and was told we don't have any of those, but we do have extra large chickens for $18 so we went for that. Turned out to be not much bigger than a BBQ chook from your local deli. Got a sea food salad which was pretty much 99% sea food extender in a very sweet type of mayo.
Won't go back, feel totally ripped off.

False advertising on the stated price outside, when I asked the staff they said it was the old sign. Then get rid of it?
Got charged 18$ for an extra large chicken when it just looks like a medium size chook

Ordered a medium chips and gravy, the server looked at me and said “ you don’t need a medium only small”. Once the order was complete he did not call my number he had given me rather another customer waiting for an Uber delivery told me my order was sitting on the front counter. Horrible customer service.

Best chips and chicken around the area I've found.
Gave two stars for the atmosphere as its obviously just a takeaway shop but there's plenty of chairs and the staff communicate well to make it less hectic.

Munno para is the greatest friendly staff great food great atmosphere i can not compliment the staff enough they are wonderful you walk out feeling like part of the family

Chicken taste like they bought it from woolworths and sold it. Worse tasting chicken and stuffing I have ever had

Had chicken and chips tonight has to be the worst chicken I have ever had it was so shrivelled and dry couldn't even swallow it threw it in the bin
