We have just started using Capital Transport for our local courier services here at Harbour Town Centre Management office, service was fantastic, from booking to pick up to delivery done within an hour, that's service:)

I was incredibly impressed with my experience with Capital and their driver Amandeep DN #8647. Amandeep went above and beyond to ensure we received our urgent delivery of stock. I was not at the delivery location when Amandeep arrived and he courteously called me, was very polite on the phone and was respectful even though I was holding him up. He patiently awaited my arrival and when I arrived realised the forklift had a flat battery so we had to hand unload. He could have gotten frustrated and upset like experiences we have had with other companies in the past but he just got on with it and assisted with the hand unload. I offered him a tip and he refused to accept it. I would really like to commend Amandeep as it is because of this extremely positive experience that we will endeavour to use Capital Transport Services more often for our delivery needs. Well done Amandeep!

These guys are amazing to work with everyday. I have never had a lost parcel. The customer service is exceptional! I'm frequently visited on site to make sure that I am receiving a top notch service and I have no complaints. These guys make my working day much easier regardless of how busy the day gets. I don't trust this company i got quoted 1 price but when the invoice came it had a higher price, i disputed this price.after 3 months this became a big headache so i ended paying what they sent me and i cancelled my account, my motto is if you shaft me the first time you won't see me again.so if your getting a quote make sure you request a written one emailed to you

The team at Capital are helpful, their prices are competitive and their systems are unlike any other transport company I have ever used. In particular their UNS feature and Ilogix website make tracking my deliveries easy. Their drivers have been friendly and patient. Overall, a fantastic company to do business with. Thanks team!

I contacted Capital Transport when I needed an ongoing contract freight solution put in place at short notice. The team there were extremely helpful and provided me with the required vehicle within 12 hours. They have been very professional & supportive & I'd recommend them if you need this type of service.

Capital transport are a fantastic company to deal with, they have excellent technology and communication. Nothing is too hard, and we get high quality drivers, and we look forward to a long working relationship with them.

I deal with this company on a daily basis for work and they are always friendly, helpful and very quick to respond. Drivers have been very friendly and understanding if they are required to wait to load or unload. Customers are impressed with them on the other end as well.
Very reasonably priced and have saved us a fortune since we switched from a competitor. They have an easy to use customer booking system as well.

I have been working with Capital for the last six months and they have been one of the best transport services in the industry. Their proactiveness in ensuring we have what need is second to none and their reactiveness to when we have an urgent situation is on point. Even when certain staff members are away, the team steps in and takes care of our requirements. Excellent staff and an even better service, if only we had found them sooner!
