Caltex Woolworths / EG Ampol Mt Barker reviews
11 Friendly and helpful staff plus clean store. Hardly have to wait at the pumps as there are quire a few.
Only downside is the difficulty getting back onto the road into Mount Barker as it's very busy and a bit risky in my view.
It's a place which sells fuel. I filled up & paid for the fuel. What more could there be really. I didn't see the need to take photos.
Sadly oil companies are rorting customers with high prices. More transparency is needed in this industry. Prices should be set per 24hrs and in advance and published. Each retailer should be charging the same prices for fuel at all there outlets, not 1 price at 1 place and few kilometres down the road a different price but both are the same oil company, that's simply called a scam.
It's a fuel outlet that generally has competitive pricing except when they get greedy and raise the fuel price unnecessarily.
Prices are always competitive especially if you have a fuel voucher from a Woolworths supermarket. Clean store with friendly staff and it is open 24 hours per day. Very close to a tyre store, a Mechanics and a Bunnings hardware store. Easy access from the main rd. Plenty of room to drive in and exit safely. Often purchase my fuel here.
Two days and still 33c cheaper fuel thanany other petrol station we have seen in south Australia
Proud of their fuel costs, 8 cent discount be damned. Spuds is just up the road and cheaper, but not 24 hour.
We shop at Woolworths, so any savings on fual is always welcomed. Being a new servo, probably less dirt in your tank. Roy from Wildlife Canvas
10 cents more expensive than anywhere else, sometimes more. Staff are not particularly friendly. Good spacing for pumps but the few car parks are usually filled with random things.
Worst customer service experience: both employees on duty wasted half hour of my time waiting for nothing because they didn't know their payment systems, and forcing me in the end to pay $51 in cash that I didn't need to when I had over $250 in credit on my account to pay with. I expressly went into the petrol station store to double check if they accepted my account before filling the tank; was given wrong information by one staffer; then at the checkout was forced by the other staffer to stand to the side while 12 other customers in turn were served before he called for the first employee (who was in the back, 8 steps away - he could've called her at once but refused) ; she tried to work out why this outlet didn't accept my account (she was the one who said they did) by eventually phoning her supervisor and discovering that she had given me wrong information. Bad service all round.
